I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean, very large and clean, and the bathroom was very nicely updated. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I was stupid and didn't remove the drain plug in the sink before using it, so it got stuck with water on top in the sink. I explained to the front desk what was wrong, and a very kind repair man had it sorted within 5-10 mins of my asking. I do speak Spanish so I can't comment on their English proficiency for other tourists though. However, my word of caution: this hotel is about an hour from the city center of Madrid by transport. It's past the end of the line on the Metro, from which you either have to take a bus or walk about twenty minutes (also caution: if you are coming back from the city center after midnight, the buses do not run regularly). That being said, it's a really nice area with a very peaceful walk to the station. Even as a solo 21 year old female walking back past midnight I never felt unsafe at all. Also when I went (mid February) it smelled really nice all around because the flowers were in bloom. Just an FYI because it is a little annoying to meet friends in the city center/do things there and then know you have at least an hour before you get back to your hotel.

โรงแรมที่เพิ่งเปิดใหม่ตั้งอยู่ที่ประตูหลังของ Plaza Mayor ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เดินเพียงเจ็ดนาทีถึงพระราชวัง และประมาณห้านาทีจากห้างสรรพสินค้า Ingles ใช้เวลาเพียงห้าหรือหกนาทีก็ถึงสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน โรงแรมสะอาดมากและลานภายในก็สวยงาม อาหารเช้าทุกวันเป็นอาหารเย็น ห้องมีขนาดเล็ก แต่ชัยชนะก็เงียบ แนะนำ! คุ้มค่าเงินมาก ดูเหมือนว่าฉันเป็นคนแรกที่เขียนรีวิว

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Upon check in we were given a warm welcome, and I was wished a happy birthday. Our room was beautiful, bedding great, we were able to choose the firmness of the mattress and preference of pillows. Furnishings were comfortable with plenty of space as well as closets and drawers. My husband was sick with some sort of cold, they brought extra water and tissues. They even offered medical assistance. Luckily, I brought medication with us and he was back to normal in a day. Every aspect, lobby, hallways, staff were wonderful. I was disappointed that my birthday was not recognized beyond when we checked in. We did have a small tower of small plates with cheese, meat and olives on the table when returned one day. I find it hard to believe that was for my birthday and not given to every guest. When we were at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace in Budapest a few years ago, a cake, champagne, and a birthday card, were delivered to our suite. My birthday was also recognized in their restaurant. This was a disappointment to be sure. We would definitely stay here again, as the location and hotel are really wonderful. I will rate Dani restaurant separately. I'll just say the reviews by Coastal046..... and valeriosA are accurate. We were there for eight nights!

Hidden down a quiet backstreet in central Madrid, this long-established hotel has been recently refurbished with great taste and charm. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was the best Concierge service we have ever received, the cleaners stoppped to engage our granddaughter, who has just started learning Spanish. and the Reception staff always made it a pleasaure to return from our outings. Breakfasts were superb, with an excellent choice, including a great array of fresh Spanish fruit. Altogether, this was a very special experience for us, and among the top few for guest relations of more than eighty Leading Hotels of the Worls in which we have stayed.
