ที่ตั้งมีข้อได้เปรียบมาก! พนักงานทุกคนต้อนรับดีมาก! ข้อเสียเพียงข้อเดียวคืออาหารเช้าเรียบง่ายเกินไปและไม่เคยเปลี่ยนเลย! ถ้ามีเงื่อนไขก็ออกไปกินข้าวข้างนอกได้ มีร้านอาหารมากมายใกล้กับโรงแรม สะดวกมากๆครับ.

ห้องพักใหญ่มาก ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม มีร้านค้าสะดวกซื้อใกล้ๆ มีร้านอาหารจีนอยู่ติดกับโรงแรม บริการดีมาก สามารถจัดห้องเตียงคู่ที่เราขอได้ แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง สำหรับอาหารเช้ามีที่นั่งเยอะและไม่แนะนำ

ที่ตั้งดีมาก การบริการเยี่ยมยอด และอาหารเช้าก็เยี่ยมยอด! ห้องที่เราจองมีระเบียง บรรยากาศดีมาก และเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำก็เยี่ยมมาก! อโรมาเทอราพีในล็อบบี้สบายมาก แนะนำ 5 ดาวเลย!

ฉันกำลังจองห้องส่วนตัวให้กับลูกค้าและฉันได้จ่ายเงินค่าห้องไปแล้ว ระบบหน้าเคาน์เตอร์โรงแรมไม่พบข้อมูล โชคดีที่ฉันได้จัดพนักงานให้ไปพร้อมกับลูกค้าเมื่อทำการเช็คอิน มิเช่นนั้น ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักของลูกค้าคงจะได้รับผลกระทบอย่างมาก มีปัญหากับระบบบัญชีของเครือโรงแรมนานาชาติ ยากที่จะเข้าใจ

ระเบียงมีทัศนียภาพที่งดงามมาก

JW Marriott ไม่เคยทำให้ฉันผิดหวังเลย สไตล์การตกแต่งก็เข้ากันกับความชอบของฉันมาก ห้องมีระเบียงเล็กๆ ซึ่งถือเป็นข้อดี ที่ตั้งอยู่ที่ใจกลางเมืองด้วย สะดวกมากที่จะไปไหนมาไหน ครั้งหน้าผมจะมาพักที่นี่อีกครับ

The hotel is in fantastic location , service is wonderful n professional If u r in Madrid , should def stay in jw Marriott

Service: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫 Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝 Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

I really enjoyed my stay and staff are so friendly and helpful. The only problem I faced was when I needed to extend for one more night due the the train crash that affected on my journey, I payed for the extra night more than my full two nights rate which doesn’t make sense honestly.

Too pricy for what it is. Rooms are basic and no nice lighting.

A little too expensive for the price. Tidy and cosy hotel with a good location
