พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก ดีมาก เอาใจใส่ พยายามอย่างหนัก ทุกอย่างสะอาดมาก มีกิจกรรมทุกวัน ถ้าคุณต้องการ นี่เป็นครั้งแรกของฉันในโฮสเทล และฉันไม่เสียใจเลยที่ได้ใช้เวลา 2 วันที่นั่น ขอบคุณทุกคน!

Nice place to stay in.Host with incredible hospitality always party and games

雖然價格寫的混合間，但是其實最後分配的純女生宿舍，同宿舍遇到的其他女孩子也都很友好，大門口有點難找，其實就在zara門口對面，混合在一眾小商鋪的門面裏面。大門需要輸入密碼才可以進入，上樓後是前台，然後可以免費寄存行李挺有好的。步行距離高迪三件套步行1.5公里左右都能到，位置沒得説，到處都是吃的，商業中心。裝修風格很美式，23點自動熄燈，23點前樓下會開派對，有一種在大學排隊的熱鬧，對於喜歡早睡的有點挑戰🤣。另外缺點就是前台一層的衞生間味道有點大，床單被套是宜家的應該，已經起球了🤣。但是其實床還是柔軟的，這個價格睡一晚上已經不錯了衹能去哦性價比是真的很高。提供免費的茶水和早餐西班牙油條，意外的很好吃哈哈哈。

這家是我唯一住了2次的一家旅館，位置沒得説，在商業街，離王宮等景點非常近，很熱鬧。但是沒有電梯，這也是馬德里很多旅館的問題，所以就不是問題。但是特別好的是，前台會幫忙提行李，還在特別早的時候幫忙叫出租，非常棒的體驗！還有早餐，推薦

位置方便，職員十分友善， 一到埗便給你紙本地圖並向你介紹各種景點，而且旅館每天都有活動，更會提供服許多資訊給旅客。十分推薦！

Second time staying at OneFam Sungate, another perfect experience. Everybody from the staff is super friendly and attentive. Perfect for solo travelers, the hostel creates a great welcoming experience and you always meet a lot of the other guests. 100% recommend & 100% coming back.

This was my favorite hostel of my month long trip. Everyone was friendly and inclusive, it felt like a home away from home. They planned fun activities each day to explore the city and get to know everyone. Free churros/fruit/coffee is a plus! Gabo and Angel were awesome and went above and beyond to give recommendations for Madrid and other areas of Spain. Thank you all :)

I would like to share my experience staying at this wonderful hostel in Madrid and give a special shoutout to the staff, who made our stay memorable. Firstly, I have to mention Ricardo, who welcomed us warmly and provided us with all the necessary information about the city. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us some great tips on places to visit, eat and shop. His local knowledge and friendly demeanor made us feel at home and we appreciated his efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Agustin was also amazing, always going out of his way to help us with anything we needed. He was friendly, approachable, and made us feel comfortable asking for help whenever we needed it. His cheerful attitude and willingness to assist made a huge difference to our experience at the hostel. Lastly, I have to mention Javier, who worked the night shift. He not only provided excellent service but also went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was having a great time. Every time before and after going out, he was always up for a conversation, making sure that everyone was in high spirits. His presence gave us a sense of community and his pleasant manner made us feel welcome and cared for. Overall, our experience at this hostel was fantastic, and it was largely due to the wonderful staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Madrid and looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to Ricardo, Agustin, Javier and the entire Sungate One team for making my stay so memorable!

Had a great time at the Sungate One, fantastic and friendly staff who kept the group entertained with multiple events daily. Only downsides were that my private room didn't have a shade over the window, which meant I was woken up by sunlight every morning, and that it was next to a very noisy toilet which loudly disturbed every time it was flushed. Still a great hostel experience in total!

It was my first youth hostel experience and I loved it ! Very nice people ! Thanks to Gabo, Augusto, Ipek, etc. Visits, breakfast until 11 AM, nightlife in Madrid with free entrance, everything was well organized.

Genuinely one of the best hostel stays I've ever had (and I've had a few). As a solo traveller the reguiar events and social environment at the hostel were incredible for getting to meet other travellers. The staff were really helpful, the facilities were good (the hostel staff doing laundry for a few euros was especially helpful) and it was all very clean. Highly recommend.
