The hotel is clean two minutes walk from the metro
The area surrounded was good
But the heaters were on and the room was too hot at night even though we closed the AC but it’s still was hot which didn’t let me sleep well
Also the breakfast wasn’t a open buffet it was just a few choices of egg’s croissant coffees and juice nothing more

Stayed for two nights whist visiting Madrid for a trade fair at IFEMA. The modern hotel is a short drive from both IFEMA and the airport as well as being close to Metro line 5. The hotel located in a quiet street with a number of good restaurants and bars in the surrounding area as well as a large park. Check-in was fast and the room was clean, simple, and modern in style. The Wi-Fi worked very well, as did the air-con. The shower was excellent with good power and temperature control. Expensive (€236 a night), especially as breakfast was extra; but then all the hotels in Madrid increase prices during the trade fairs, otherwise, I recommend the hotel.

Modern, clean hotel, rooms has everything you need, great for a few days sightseeing when you want a comfortable bed at the end of the day. Typical continental breakfast but more than enough to start off your day. Pleasant, helpful staff. Situated in the business area but close to metro with direct stops to city centre. As a solo female traveller felt perfectly safe in the area.
