enjoy it very much, warm like home. hot water, fast wifi everything you need. nice view from the window.

Hotel location is very good. In the same line with the main stations, several stations far from the city center. Nearby a big supermarket Mercadona, and too many affordable shops around. Personal are so kind, room has been cleaned every day, the bathroom was clean enough, the breakfast would be better, interior was too beautiful. Also thanks to you i remember Madrid with positive emotions🙏🏼❤️

The hotel is located 3 minutes away from the metro, which is very convenient for travellers arriving from the airport. Check-in was smooth despite the late hour (around 23.45), good service overall.

All new beautifully decorated rooms, extremely clean and spacious for good price, great amenities that relatively rare in Spanish hotels: microwave, kettle, fridge, hairdryer, nice staff and good service. Fantastic location close to metro station line 1, two supermarkets, 20 minutes walking to Bernabeu, parking spaces in nearby streets if your car has eco sticker. The breakfast is disappointing and includes 4 prearranged options that lacks free choise of ham, cheese and other products. From 8:30 in the morning there were some construction work noises probably from the upper floor

Every thing was top very satisfying as expected I was Very happy with the service and the approach of the staff was very professional and polite I recommend everyone how visit Madrid will be satisfied with the outcome

The staff are lovely and the service is very good. But in the room there was a thin blanket on the bed.

A lovely quirky hotel with helpful staff, and motivational messages! Good breakfast in the cafe. Clase to 2 metro stations

Convenient location with nice staff. A grocery store is just right opposite the hotel, and there is also a bakery cafe inside the hotel.

Great hotel, spacious room, fantastic view of Tetuán and Madrid. Amazing breakfast! Very close to Metro station and easy access to Madrid Airport and city centre. Perfect 👌
