Excellent location and service. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and neat! Hotel lobby seems bit outdated.

A charming hotel with heritage: wooden steps, lion statue, decoration and cosy courtyard. A great service rendered by Sonnia. Very welcoming, attentive, efficient and had a great smile. Breakfast was great too! However, the housekeeping can be better (stains spotted on floor and table) and the bathroom facility is worn-out.

房間寬敞，位置好，床很舒服，也很大，可以兩個床合到一起。去周邊的皇宮，三個美術館都很近。酒店的早餐也很不錯，我們預訂的是沒有早餐的，有一天打算在酒店吃，還給了會員價。非常滿意的馬德里之旅

位置很好。房間小但合理。樓梯和天井很美。房間的陽台拍照不錯，但是確實是小的可憐。西班牙酒店都這樣，除非去住民宿租一套房。但是該有的都有。 可以不要早餐，周邊好吃的餐廳很多。

服務員態度非常好，很有親和力，也和樂於助人，酒店衞生也很好，很乾凈，空間也算大，樓梯間很好看~周邊走幾步就是美食購物街了~下次還去的話還會選擇這裏的。
