In general the place is pretty nice and decent. All you need is there: bathroom is very clean, towels included, bed is comfortable, nice view from the window, air conditioner works well. I bit of a weird way to check in, not easy to get inside, no luggage storage. Customer service works limited hours. Good location, supermarket downstairs. 7/10 in general

The location is brilliant—you're practically at "Km 0." You have everything right nearby. However, the organization leaves something to be desired. They didn't send me the check-in details or the building entrance PIN. But the issue was resolved with the help of the Trip.com team.

This hostel offers a very good balance between price and quality. The room, bathroom, sheets, and towels are clean. The location is very central, yet it is completely quiet on the third floor. Check-in may be complicated for non-Spanish-speaking guests, as you do not receive any information prior to arrival. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. The air conditioning is new and works very well. This place opened in 2023.

Right behind Plaza Major, room was clean but without any sound insulation. Telephone communication with the staff was difficult: the number on trip.com went unanswered, so I called the one on google. They gave me a third number to communicate via WhatsApp. After check in, you'll two additional numbers for 24-hour service. Confusing and uncooperative.
