Conveniently located in Gran Via. Very friendly staff

Overall, the experience was positive. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. My bedroom was a bit aged, and the carpets were worn. I struggled to log on to the internet. The shower screen was too small a lot of water splashed on the floor. Breakfast was good , coffee was great and on tap throughout the stay at anytime of the day. - Great Perk

酒店地理位置優越，彷彿進入了中國城，酒店大門正對面就是coco和茶百道，馬路對面有miniso和popmart。

設施： 酒店可能是由老建築改造而成，所以房間整體偏小。建議選擇能看到街景的房間，採光和視野都會更好；如果是朝內的房間，加上燈光偏暖偏暗，可能會感覺有些壓抑。 衞生： 房間非常乾淨，每天都會認真打掃，入住期間一直保持得很好。 環境： 地理位置非常方便，就在 Gran Vía 附近，去各個景點都很方便。周邊餐廳、咖啡店和超市基本步行 10 分鐘以內都能到達。唯一美中不足的是，晚上偶爾會有警車拉着警笛經過樓下，如果睡眠比較淺，可能會受到一點影響。 服務： 服務必須給滿分！第一天入住時，我對分配的房間不是很滿意，前台的一位小哥非常耐心，親自帶我看了幾間空房，並立刻幫我重新辦理了入住。整個過程都非常熱情、專業，而且完全沒有表現出任何不耐煩。如果滿分是 100 分，我願意給他 120 分！ 他的服務讓這次入住體驗提升了一個檔次，真的非常感謝！ Facilities: The hotel appears to be converted from an older building, so the rooms are on the smaller side. I would recommend choosing a room with a street view, as it feels much brighter and more spacious. Interior-facing rooms can feel a little enclosed, especially because the lighting is quite warm and dim. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Everything was consistently clean throughout my stay. Location: The location is excellent, just a short walk from Gran Vía. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and major attractions are all within a 10-minute walk. The only minor downside is that police cars occasionally pass by with their sirens on at night, which may disturb light sleepers. Service: The service deserves full marks! On my first day, I wasn’t completely happy with my assigned room. One of the reception staff kindly took the time to show me several available rooms and immediately arranged a room change for me. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. If the full score is 100, I’d happily give him 120! His outstanding service truly made my stay even better. Thank you so much!

這家酒店整體性價比很高，房間打掃得乾淨利落，24小時熱水出水順暢，房間隔音效果不錯，晚上休息很安穩。老闆待人熱情和善，有問題響應很快，門口停車便捷，周邊吃飯逛街都很近。唯一小遺憾是沒有電梯，高層拎行李稍費力，整體來講十分值得入住，出遊落腳很合適。

ロビーは綺麗だし、対応は悪くなかったが、ツインの部屋なのに狭すぎ。清潔感はありましたが。 なぜか冷水の元栓が閉まってて熱湯しか最初出てこなかったです。 清潔感はあるし、泊まるだけならありかもです。

L’arribada a l’hotel és una mica extranya perquè la recepció és a la 3a planta i, per tant, quan arribes no hi ha ningú per rebre’t. Vam arribar abans i l’habitació ja estava llesta (fet que sempre s’agraeix). Les noies de recepció molt amables. L’esmorzar buffet complert i variat. La ubicació immillorable. L’habitació espaiosa i còmoda, tot i que les cortines no aïllen de la claror i les finestres no aïllen del tot del soroll. Hi havia nevereta però res a dins. Hagués agraït tenir alguna opció per no haver de sortir de l’habitació. Amenities justetes però una dutxa fantàstica (temperatura, potència i tancament de la mampara). Com a curiositat a la zona d’esmorzar hi ha dues màquines de jocs de les que hi havia antigament a les sales recreatives. Entre tots els jocs hi ha el Pacman!!
