交通很方便，和地鐵口不遠；在鬧市區，看着人來人往很有人間煙火氣息；服務特別好👍👍感覺比住酒店有趣多了

We had booked our stay at Apartamentos Mayor Centro through *********** and had to cancel due to a medical emergency my husband suffered. We had to cancel our entire trip and they refuse to give us any type of reimbursement. This was something completely out of our control The customer service agents have been very negative and shown no empathy to our situation. I would not recommend these apartments as an option based on the customer service we have received.

Location is fantastic. The place was very clean and cozy. Beds could be a little more comfortable but overall a great stay for a couple of days.

This was an amazing place to stay near all of that is important in Madrid. We were thrilled to be staying near all of the action. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. The only downside was that I missed in the first communication when I booked the apartment is that you need to check in at Hostal Madrid two doors down. There is no sign for these apartments, just a door number. Another important thing to note is that there was no laundry available in the building but some are nearby. Some of the guests get pretty loud, so it may not be the best place for light-sleepers but considering where you are staying, it is par for the course.

Absolutely huge apartment, quiet, 2 balconies, clean.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city so the Metro, Bus and taxis are very accessible. Restaurants and stores are also walkable. The elevator is not that reliable.

The staff was tremendously nice. Our flight arrived very early in the morning. The staff let us put the luggages there, so we can explore the city hands free. On the check-out day, they also did the same thing, free of charge. Thank you so much! The room was very clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The drainage is slow, but it is a minor problem. The location is excellent! We can walk to many attractions. I recommend this apartment.

Just the job if your on a budget and spending the majority of your time out and about. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.

Great place. We arrived early and checked in before the time. Our room wasn't ready yet (as expected), but they kept in communication and notified me when it was ready (still a few hours before the expected time). The kids loved riding in the old school elevator. The wifi was a little spotty on the terrace, but everything else was amazing.

It's just located very near to Plaza Mayor and Sol station. There are plenty of food options available, and walking to the sights makes it really convenient. The apartment building is located next to Hostal Madrid where we check-in/out. They will provide you with a wireless key which you can access the apartment with your mobile phone, pretty cool. The apartment has a kitchen and basic supplies, but the walls are really thin and we can hear everything that happened on that level. So bring your ear plugs!

Very good condition apartment and great price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location. Comfy bed. Very small apartment but still two bedrooms and two bathrooms as described! Spanish TV. Safe available but you had to pay 1 euro every time you want to lock it. Very cold in the apartment - we stayed in Nov and couldn't get the heating to work. Didn't get round to asking the staff for help because we were always out. Free toiletries - shampoo, shower gel, bar or soap. Fridge and small hob - we didn't use either.
