位置很好 可以步行去西班牙廣場喂鴿子 正對面是個小龍坎火鍋，斜對面是個博物館 房間很乾凈，沒有熱水壺，大堂吧可以讓工作人員接熱水 可惜忘記拍照了

位置很好，條件一般，達不到國內美居的水準，大概是快捷酒店的水平

スペイン広場の近くでの仕事だったので、立地は良かったと思います。部屋も４つ星ホテルとしてはベッドの幅がやや狭いほかは、まあこれくらいといったところでしょうか。ただ、１泊１万５千円近い割には２階の内側で、窓の外は目の前に倉庫があって窓を開ける気にはなれず、階数と面積から考えて、おそらく館内で最安の部屋で、あまりお得感はなかったように思います。チェックイン時にネットの接続方法や朝食の案内もなく、やや不親切な感じでした。朝食は、ハム、チーズ、スペインオムレツ、マフィンやドーナッツなど、それなりに多彩でしたが、全体に料理は塩味が強いものが多く、口に合わない人もいるかもしれません。６泊したのですが、最後はさすがにやや飽きてきました。部屋の掃除も問題はなかったのですが、１日だけ窓が開け放たれ、ベッドメイキングが途中のような感じになっていました。４つ星ホテルとしてはどうかな、という感じです。窓が開いていると、外の倉庫から部屋にも入れそうだったので、幸いその日は早めに帰ってきたので良かったのですが、気になりました。全体としてはそれなりに満足はできましたが、二度と泊まるかどうかは微妙な感じです。

Motel One Madrid Plaza is a great place to stay. You’re within close walking distance to the palace, Plaza de Espania and a few metro stops that will easily get you around the city. The room was clean, quiet and bed was comfy. Hotel staff were very helpful and I felt they really were invested in making our stay a great one. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Madrid.

Great value for what you receive. Has a nice bar and small tasty buffet breakfast.

The property is located at a convenient location. There are many restaurants in a walkable distance. It is also easy to get a taxi or Uber. The property is very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely, recommend the property. We also bought breakfast services each day (this is an extra cost). Based on the breakfasts we had in Madrid in other locations, the price seems a little high for the limited food choices available.

Straightforward, comfortable, good quality accommodation, as to be expected from this chain, in a convenient location for visiting central Madrid. Would have been nice to have had a bar area. (As a more general point, I wish Motel One would trust its guests, in a hotel classed 4 star, with glasses rather than have us drink out of cardboard.)

The location was perfect to be able to walk to most of the places. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff, I will recommend the hotel to friends and family

I really enjoyed the central location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The only reason why this is not a 10/10 score is that during our one-night stay, the elevators were broken and we had to walk up to the 5th floor. Other than that, everything was great and I would recommend this hotel if you are thinking of finding a place to stay in Central Madrid.

We stayed here because it was close to where we were going to pick up a river cruise tour. The front desk staff are very helpful and speak English. The room was very clean. I thought that it was strange that there wasn't a dresser for the clothes. However, when we transferred to the much more expensive tour hotel, there were only a couple drawers for clothes in that hotel. Maybe a Spanish design thing. Location was great. Just across the street is a courtyard area with all sorts of restaurants. Great to have if you are exhausted from a day of touring and don't want be doing more walking. At the end of the couryard is one of the main streets with buses, etc.
