One of the most amazing stay in Europe despite it’s usual small room. The balcony is making it even more aesthetically pleasing, you could actually enjoy views especially in winter/xmas/NY period! Location 1000/10 Hospitality 1000/10 Amenities 100/10 Rooftop 100/10 (one of the best rooftop bar in Madrid) Highly recommend and would stay here again if visit Madrid again!

First in first, all staff and service are very great no comment for that. The location is pretty good you can just walk around all day in Gran Via city center and when you get tired you just get back to the hotel and take some rest and go back to walk around again. The room is OK due to the size is quite small but still OK for me and my partner. And room soundproof is quite great at night. Only one thing that I quite not feel good with is the bed… The bed is like when you’re asleep and the other people move just a little bit, you can feel it.. the bed shaking which make my night quite a little annoyed. Conclusion: Location : 5/5 (if you like to be in the city center & shopping) Service : 5/5 Room : 3/5 due to very small room + bed is not that comfy for me because i can feel every shaking from my partner moves

Exceptional Hostmanship at NH Collection Gran Vía From the moment we arrived, our stay at NH Collection Gran Vía became memorable. Check-in started a bit “stiff,” but that quickly changed thanks to Veronica from Guest Relations. She handled the situation with true professionalism and kindness – a perfect example of genuine hostmanship. On the evening of our arrival, Nouria (Guest Relations, at Veronica’s request) guided us personally to the Picalagartos Sky Bar. What an unforgettable evening – breathtaking views, great vibes, and impeccable service. The next morning, Veronica even remembered to ask us how our evening went – a small detail that makes a huge difference. The hotel’s location on Gran Vía is unbeatable: perfect for strolling through the city and discovering the beauty of Madrid step by step. We can only recommend this hotel – not just for its prime location, but for the people who truly care. Thank you Veronica and Nouria for making our stay so special.

You can expect that the room is a bit noisy as it is at the city centre, also can clearly hear that someone is cleaning up the room next to yours. Overall the room is clean and tidy and perfect location!

Really enjoyed my stay here, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel terrace is beautiful.

毫不誇張地説，這是我住過最棒的酒店！ 環境：酒店裝修低調奢華，房間內設施應有盡有，有牙刷和拖鞋，膠囊咖啡機，還有一個小陽台，衞生間的燈光設計得很好看 服務：服務周到細緻，入住那天是一個女孩接待我們，也許是那天房間比較空，讓我們提前入住了，走的時候我看了她的名字叫nathalia，希望沒記錯吧，她的笑容很甜美，很熱情。有一天吃完飯回來，另一個美麗的女孩在門口歪着頭對我們説hola，實在是太可愛了，我忘記看她的名字了。我男朋友有晨跑的習慣，跑步回來後，前台的小哥主動給他遞了水。退房那天，我們問他要了創口貼，他還詢問我們要不要其他葯物，還問我們要不要水。旅行中最美麗的風景是人，在異國他鄉被人關懷使人心裏暖暖的，為這樣熱情細緻的服務點贊！後來瞭解到nh酒店也是國際連鎖酒店，真心推薦大家出遊選擇此類連鎖酒店，有保障
