Pool was a highlight. Super busy on a Sunday but Monday was empty. Food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. More expensive than I thought it would be. If you're exploring town, eat in town. More options and atmosphere

We stayed here for 2 nights on our Madrid trip! We were a family of 4 and really enjoyed the hotel. We used an uber to get to central which cost us around £10. Great base would stay again.

Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price and quality. The property is well-maintained and the staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more weights and additional equipment in the gym to enhance the fitness experience.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good food

It’s a new nice informal hotel, they don’t habe a classical reception just a standing desk and an area the employed greet you and help you. I like that. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is small and when I was there was always overcrowded. Servic eis great. Unfortunately it’s more suited for business travelers than tourists as it’s outside of the main area and you need like 45 minutes by bus and subway to get to the areas interesting for tourism.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Madrid Las Ventas. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, quiet, and modern. Great location with easy access to the city center. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
