Superb hotel. Excellent location right next to Atocha train station / junction. Metro also near by to roam around the city

Hotel in good location. Very good customer service from this hospitality team. Be aware there are some road works in the neighbourhood so it is quiet but it will be difficult to get a taxi. Highly recommend.

With the price, amenities are under expectation such as drinking water, slipper in the room. Standard Coffee machine, not just only kettle and low quality coffee.

Good location. Comfortable stay. However, the elevator is small, we cannot fit 2 luggage and 2 people in. Moreover, the nearby area is quite dark at night. Not feeling safe when we return at night.

Close to train station

Located near Atocha train station and within walking distance (＜40m) for major attractions (galleries, museums, royal palace etc). Room was clean however the design of hotel itself is not convenient. Upon entrance, there’s a revolving door at a raised level with small steps then after the revolving door you have to step down again. For travellers with heavy luggage this design is problematic- staff will try to help but when busy you have to handle yourself, no bell boys. Free water provided for first check in only and not available for subsequent days. Amenities very limited. Overall at this price level there should be other equivalent or better alternatives.

Excellent experience

這次出差總體來説這個酒店地理位置各方面都很不錯，性價比是高的。就是裏面一共兩部客梯，客梯空間蠻小，如果帶行李，兩個大的行李放進去再加個人就差不多了。

酒店離火車站很近，步行大約在十分鐘以內，酒店房間面積不大，但設計比較合理，酒店外面有便利店，離大超市需要步行10分鐘左右。酒店還比較乾淨，唯一不足就是電梯很小，最多容納2-3人。

提前一個半月就預訂了，預訂大床房，確認單都發來很多次，結果到達酒店這天給升級房間變成雙床房了，詢問後被告知沒有大床房了，隔音超級差，其他基本就一般吧，除了離火車站近點也沒啥了，這個價格總體來説還是偏貴了

入住體驗非常好！地理位置優越，就在索非亞博物館旁邊，去哪都很方便。早航班到達的，按常理住不進去的，但是還是很客氣的給了房間，直接進去休息，接待人員非常熱情細緻，必須表揚，詢問的問題都認真解答。沒訂早餐，失算，這裏早餐，非常好吃😋！孩子非常喜歡。房間價格合理。非常好的入住體驗，一定會再來。房間服務員很貼心的把睡衣放成整齊的藝術品，謝謝表揚👍！感謝前台的工作人員。房間佈局合理。下次見！一定再來！👍👍👍👏👏👏😻😻😻😍😍😍

房間很乾凈，但是隔音太太太太太差了，差到什麼程度呢，隔壁打噴嚏都聽得見，我們晚上在屋裡看電視隔壁都會打電話過來問能不能把電視關了，以至於後來在屋裡都快手語了

酒店不太大，但品質不錯，每天都有瓶裝水提供，挺好的，酒店前台全天都有檸檬冰水飲用，在炎熱的夏天，對於剛剛從外面回來的人，涼爽又解渴，非常好。 酒店早餐很好，品種不是非常的多，但品質很好！尤其對早餐非常滿意！
