กับ covid19 ที่ไหลเวียนไปเรื่อยๆ คงคาดหวังให้มีการรับรู้ความสะอาดที่สูงขึ้น ไม่ใช่กรณีของที่นี่ ขาออกเตียง ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนผ้าปูไว้อย่างเห็นได้ชัดเพราะมีสารอาหารบางชิ้นใหญ่ๆ อยู่หลายชิ้น บนนั้น สิ่งดีอย่างหนึ่งคือว่าพนักงานกลางคืนทํางานหนักแค่ไหนพยายามทําให้สิ่งต่างๆ ถูกต้อง หลังจากผ้าปูที่นอนใหม่ที่เอามาให้เราเริ่มลองและตั้งอินในตูนในทีวีและมันก็กระเด็นไปหมดทุกช่องที่พยายาม บอกเลยว่าไม่มีอะไรที่เค้าทําได้และไม่มีห้องอื่นว่าง พอกลับเข้าห้อง ไปเอาแก้วมาเอาน้ํามาให้และในความอับอายของชั้นก็ดูเหมือนไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดเหมือนกัน สุดท้ายก็แค่นอนเฉยๆ โอ้ลืมว่าไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวเพิ่มให้สําหรับสระว่ายน้ําและแม่บ้านทําความสะอาดก็ล็อคตอนกลางคืนเขาเลยต้องเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวจากห้องอื่น เช้าวันนั้นเราลงไปทานอาหารเช้าเนื่องจาก Covid ไม่มีcontinental แต่เราบอกเค้าจะมีอาหารเช้าแบบแพ็คเก็ตให้เราหยิบได้ตอนเช้าถึง 9 โมงเช้า ฉันลงไปกับลูกสาวตอนตี 830 และถูกบอกไว้ว่า พวกมันหมดเร็วกว่านี้ แต่เราสามารถซื้อจากร้านขายอาหารที่นั่นได้ ดิฉันและดิฉันได้ขอผู้จัดการและถูกบอกไปว่าวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์เค้าไม่ทํางาน ดิฉันขอให้โทรหาผู้จัดการและถูกบอกไม่ให้รบกวน าฝากข้อความไว้ให้ผู้จัดการโทรหาก่อน เช้าวันจันทร์ พอวันรุ่งขึ้น ก็บอกให้ โน๊ตจะทิ้งไว้พร้อมกับอีเมลล์ที่ส่งมา เราก็จะเป็นวันจันทร์ตอน 430pm และไม่มีการโทรใดๆ ฉันโทรไปถามผู้จัดการ และถูกบอกให้ว่าเธอก้าวออกมาแล้ว พนักงานเห็นแล้วว่าไม่เหลือแล้วบอกว่าผู้จัดการเห็นโน๊ตแล้วรู้ปัญหาผมและขอโทรไปแล้วแต่ผมว่าไม่น่ารบกวนโทรกลับ ครั้งนี้โดนโอนไปส่ง voice mail ของเธอดูซิว่าเธอใส่ใจพอโทรมาในครั้งนี้1 อย่าพักที่นี่! ยกเว้นพนักงานที่น่ารักและช่วยเหลืออย่างดีเยี่ยมในระดับเล็กๆ ที่เค้าได้รับอนุญาต นี่คือโรงแรมนึงที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยพักมาและผู้จัดการขาดการดูแลและละเลยสําหรับฉันคือการดูแลลูกค้าที่แย่สุดๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ
