Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels

Very nice Hotel and well serviced. Restaurant is TOP. Personnel very pleasant and willing to assist. My Hotel from now on! Will send a photo or two.

Good room and good services like the Bar but in the other hand the cleanliness of the room was not correct, sofas were stained and the bed covers the same.

This hotel was a disappointing experience. TV not working well, AC not working well, light in the room not bright enough but most importantly; One of the beds/mattress was so old that you sleep in a ditch. Not comfortable at all.

Honestly, very unsatisfying experience. We paid 170€ nightly price for a hotel that has bad level of client service, is very basic in terms of services (no water at the gym, empty minibar, very limited coffee and tea services (only 2 capsules for our stay), the additional pillow with no pillowcase, only 1 lounge chair for a double room etc, etc). We waited an hour to check in. But the worst of it all was when we arrived, their shuttle minibus was placed on the only disabled place. We went to the reception, presenting the disability parking card and asking to free the space, and the man at the reception just said: park elsewhere. The shuttle bus is not moving anywhere (“en panne”)… this is absolutely unacceptable. Honestly, the price is way too high for the experience we got.

Due to early flight stayed here after work trip to Hasselt. Hotel is very impressive and the rooms are lovely. Room had good heating which was needed and a short walk to the train station into Brussels for the Christmas market. Breakfast had a good selection but there was just something that didn’t make me feel comfortable about the place. We arrived half hour before check in and were told we would have to pay €20 to go in half an hour early. I am sure the rooms would have been ready but we were not prepared to pay €60 for the three rooms. I understand a check in time is in place but we just ended up cluttering up the seating area with our luggage and getting frowned upon. Christmas decorations were good and overall would return for convenience next to airport.

The hotel seems a little far from the city center. But the rooms are quite comfortable and wide enough. The breakfast was very nice and varied. I really liked the mushrooms in the breakfast. I think it's a hotel that was used a lot within the scope of the tour, I think there were people from all over the world :) the employees were very kind, thank you

Positive : nice and fast check in, very nice design of the hotel, amazing service at the dinner restaurant and very good food. Negative: breakfast was good but at 8 am every day a lot of items missing and not replenished. I was there for 4 days for a business trip and each night there was a noise above my room as if someone was moving the furniture. On the last night I decided to change the rooms so I informed the reception and someone immediately came to my room. He said that he will take a look and change the room. Well, I understand that it can get very busy at the hotel but for the next 30 minutes not to receive any update of the situation is not okay. I went downstairs and indeed, it was busy, but I just wanted to hear something like „I remember, I will get back to you”. The same gentleman that promised to take care of the room move pretended not to see. I asked to see him and later another person came back saying „I’m sorry, but do you want a room move” with a frustrated face expression which made me feel like I was causing trouble because they are so busy. I honestly understand that it gets really busy at the hotel but not to keep someone updated, with at least something like „I am looking for a room, I will call you back” is not okay. I also asked for the breakfast box in the morning and during the check out (where there was only one person at the desk during such busy time) I asked about it and the answer I got was „I’m sorry I don’t know”. I just went to the kitchen and asked by myself. Service wise - the restaurant is way more customer oriented than the reception.

Great staff, very helpful. Rooms were clean but still found things that were left from previous guests..

nice hotel, nice staff, great food, and excellent robot dirty dishes busser, easy access to the train, interesting building next door, shuttle to the airport, what more can be said
