ก่อนอ่านรีวิวที่ไม่ดีทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมนี้ แต่เราไม่ได้จองห้องพักที่น่าสนใจใด ๆ โรงแรมกว้างขวางสะอาดและทันสมัยมาก สิ่งเดียวคือไม่มีทีวี ดนตรี และไม่มีเก้าอี้ อย่างไรก็ตาม คุณสามารถนั่งได้ดีบนฝั่งหน้าต่างกว้าง มีอาหารเช้าสุดหรูที่ร้านอาหารด้านล่างในราคา 12 ยูโร ทั้งหมดด้วยประสบการณ์เชิงบวกมาก!

พัก 1 nt. โรงแรมอยู่สุดทางออกเอสพลานาด วิวสวยและพระอาทิตย์ตกดินเหนือทะเล น่ารักๆ ในการเช็คอิน เราสอบถามเกี่ยวกับห้อง standard และ superior เนื่องจากเราไม่ได้คาดหวังการมาเยือนของผู้หญิงที่ reception ด้วยความพยายาม มาก อาจขายห้อง superior ให้เราได้ แต่เมื่อดิฉันถามว่า เราจะสามารถดูได้ทั้งสองห้อง เธอบอกว่าไม่ เนื่องจากเธออยู่คนเดียว บน reception (โรงแรมอื่นเราได้รับกุญแจให้มองหาตัว) ในอดีต ห้อง standard sea view สวยมากแต่เธอไม่ได้แนะนําว่าเราจําเป็นต้องจองไปทานอาหารในร้านอาหารและเนื่องจากเป็นช่วงเย็นวันจันทร์เราไม่ได้คิดว่ามันจะจําเป็นเราผิดมีเชฟบนแค่ 1 คน จึงไม่สามารถทานที่นั่นได้ ตัดสินใจเดินเข้าเมืองไปกินข้าวเส้นทางถนนแน่นอนโรงแรมแนะนําทางด้านหลังโดยท่าเรือไม่วางแผนดีหลังจากมืดๆ นานๆ สํารวจทางออกถูกบล็อกเลยติดถนน เช็คเอ้าท์ตอนเช้าและได้ทานอาหารเช้าน่ารักๆ ในเมืองเก่า ที่ร้านเบเกอร์สวยๆ ดีกว่า 25€ ea ที่โรงแรม พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน น่ารักมาก พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน จะมาพักอีกถ้าไปเที่ยวหาด den Haag สวยๆ

อัศจรรย์ - เคยพักในโรงแรมเมอร์เคียวทั่วยุโรป บอกได้คําเดียวว่าที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม ด้วยราคาต่อรองที่เหมือนไอบิสที่คุ้มค่ามากกว่า อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมห้องพักเป็นห้องสวีทคู่ห้องน้ํายอดเยี่ยม - ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับเตียงเป็นเพียงข้อเสียเดียวที่ฉันเห็นด้วย แต่มันไม่ได้หยุดฉันนอนหลับฝันดีสองคืน ขอแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Bastion Hotel Den Haag / Rijswijk อยู่ใกล้กับทางหลวง A4 ทําให้ง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงโดยรถยนต์ เรากําลังจะไป De Broodfabriek นี่เป็นฐานที่ดีเพราะคอมเพล็กซ์เหตุการณ์นี้อยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงไม่กี่นาที เราจ่ายมากกว่า 150 ยูโรสําหรับห้องเตียงคู่ที่ค่อนข้างเรียบง่ายพร้อมอาหารเช้าซึ่งเราคิดมากในแง่ของราคาและคุณภาพ ห้องพักได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี แต่มีขนาดเล็ก ห้องน้ําเย็นและสกปรก ค่อนข้าง สกปรก ที่จอดรถปิด ฟรี เป็นที่ติดต่อที่ดีในบริเวณใกล้เคียงของโรงแรม ข้อเสียคืออาหารเย็นไม่เสิร์ฟในวันศุกร์และวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ สิ่งนี้ไม่ได้กล่าวถึงในเว็บไซต์ของพวกเขาและ ร้านอาหารใกล้เคียงอยู่ห่างออกไปอย่างน้อย 15-minute โดยการเดิน บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเสร็จสมบูรณ์ พื้นที่ของร้านอาหาร/ล็อบบี้ค่อนข้างไม่น่าเชื่อถือ

ห้องพักโอเค ตรงข้ามสถานีรถไฟ ฉนวนกันเสียงดีมาก มีกาต้มน้ํา ฉันชอบสถานที่สาธารณะเป็นพิเศษ มีโต๊ะปิงปอง ฟิตเนส และที่นั่งพักผ่อนมากมาย

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben ein Zimmer in der 12. Etage bekommen was wir so gerne haben wollten. Die Dame am Empfang hat alles möglich gemacht das wir in der 12. Etage das Zimmer bekommen. Wir waren richtig happy und haben uns gefreut. Der Ausblick war klasse. Immer wieder gerne das Art Hotel.❤️

This modern hotel has a split personality. Some elements rate 5 star some 0 or minus. My wife and I stayed for three nights in their only disabled access room in June, it costs about 200 euros per night excluding breakfast. We were delayed arriving so didn't check in until around 2300. Check in staff were very good and we went up to our room. It had been made up (maybe?) but not cleaned! Excretia in the toilet bowl, bits of second hand toothpaste in the sink (which was blocked up). Complained to the night porter who came up to the room just after midnight as was genuinely embarrassed. But, the hotel was full and this was the only accessable room in the hotel! The room was given a quick clean to get us through the night. The following morning met by the very good manager who again apologised cancelled the nights charge from the bill (we paid in advanced) and said he would rectify the situation. He (Jimmy) was ashamed and seemed quite frankly shocked. We went out for the day and came back to a very clean room. On our 2nd and final full day the room was not made up at all, beds not made, no towels no toilet roll coffee etc. Again complained to the two very nice young women on reception who were very nice and very apologetic. It was our last night and were given a free (and very good breakfast). Serving manager and staff could not have been more helpful. So, great location, really great staff, great breakfast, awful, awful housekeeping (apparently sub contracted out). Should you stay in the Mercure Den Hague? You choose! Incidently, I said I was going to put a review out and Jimmy the manager said ” You must be truthful”.

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.
