ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม แต่มีการก่อสร้างถนนอยู่ด้านหน้า ทำให้ค่อนข้างวุ่นวาย การหารถแท็กซี่ก็ยากเช่นกัน อ่างล้างหน้าใช้ไม่ได้ ฉันโทรไปสองครั้ง แต่โชคดีที่มีอ่างล้างหน้าสองอ่าง สิ่งที่ไม่น่าเชื่อที่สุดคือการเรียกแท็กซี่ไปสถานีรถไฟ Gare de Lyon Perrache ฉันแสดงตั๋วรถไฟให้พนักงานดูและบอกหมายเลขห้อง 608 เขาบอกว่าจะมาถึงในสองนาที หรือแค่ 7-8 นาที รถมาถึงแล้ว พนักงานก็บอกคนขับ แต่ผ่านไปสิบนาทีแล้วเขาก็ยังไม่มา ฉันถามคนขับ เขาก็บอกว่าจะใช้เวลาอีกสิบนาที ฉันถามว่าเขาไปไหนมา ภาษาอังกฤษของเขาก็โอเคในตอนแรก จากนั้นเขาก็บอกว่าจะมาถึงเร็วๆ นี้ ห้านาทีต่อมา เขาก็บอกว่าจะมาถึงในสองนาที ฉันตรวจสอบใน Google Maps แล้วมันบอกว่าจะใช้เวลาอีก 20 นาที คนขับพาฉันไปที่สถานีรถไฟอีกแห่ง โดยบอกว่าพนักงานโรงแรมส่งเขามา! เขายังเสนอที่จะพาฉันกลับไปที่โรงแรมเพื่อตรวจสอบตัวตนของฉันด้วย รถไฟของฉันล่าช้า เมื่อเราไปถึงสถานีรถไฟ เขาไม่ยอมให้ฉันลงจากรถ โทรหาเพื่อนของเขา และเราก็ทะเลาะกัน ฉันจ่ายเงิน 28 ยูโรสำหรับค่าแท็กซี่ที่ควรจะแค่ 10 ยูโร การขึ้นรถไฟให้ทันเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดสำหรับฉัน โปรดติดต่อโรงแรมผ่าน Ctrip เพื่อร้องเรียน

Excellent location with shopping and all attractions nearby and we were spoilt by the great restaurants around us. Staff were friendly and efficient and hotel feels grand and has a nice atrium to have coffee and breakfast. And added bonus if you run to keep fit is that right next to hotel are two rivers and you have a choice of runs along the banks to kick start the day.

Great location, big rooms and sauna was a plus. Gym was tiny but functional, had a weight rack rather than just cardio machines.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lyon. From check-in to check-out almost everything was perfect. The only three things I would improve are: 1) the hotel bar didn't have stools 2) the Nespresso Machines didn't have single serve coffee-mate creamers or at least powder so you had to call down for cold milk for 5€. 3) like many hotels in Europe they didn't have wash cloths in the room (face cloths or serviettes carrés as they call them). What do Europeans wash with? The lobby was elegant and inviting. The Grand Salon was cinematic. The rooms albeit a little small were well designed, comfortable and had great AC and rain showers. The pool, sauna, steam room, tea and relaxation room in the basement were perfect after a hot day touring Lyon. The cocktails were prepared with love and attention and served in vintage glassware. However martinis and old fashioned's should have more than loz of alcohol. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious and you could even order an avo toast, truffled omelette or œufs a plat a la carte. I highly suggest you book the bed and breakfast rate to not be shocked by the 39€pp charge if you didn’t. Their Italian restaurant, Angelo's, looked delicious, but was a little pricey so we ate out all three nights in the Capitale Gastronomique de la France. The staff were warm and accommodating and it's in my top 3 reasonably priced boutique hotels in Europe.

Great location at the center of Lyon.

We arrived at Christmas Eve and stayed for 2 nights. The Christmas Eve dinner was good, same as the other night. Close to every thing. Great hotel.

Super nice hotel in a great location, but with a tacky rococo fake style. Breakfast room super nice with various food items. Healthy options missing (not catering for the Germans!)

Amazing experience and great services. Rooms are luxury and spacious with reasonable pricing. Great location to shopping areas. Free access to hotel swimming pool!

Absolutely gorgeous property in the heart of Lyon! Breakfast was delicious, and everything is withing walking distance.

Top hotel

Very well located and very comfortable hotel. Receptionist Ninno was very helpful with car rental and a day trip to Annecy and Ninno is a very cheerfull person. Everything was perfect.
