酒店的人員服務都挺好的，就是酒店設施太拉垮了。第1天住的房間臨街，對面就是個學校，特別的吵，很多噪音，第2天早上6點多就開始響廣播。本身就是出來出差，坐車顛簸不説休息也休息不好。反映了之後，服務人員態度也蠻好第2天馬上給換了靠小區陽面的房間，噪音明顯減少了，但是那個房間的中央空調完全是壞的，開開多久温度一點都沒有變化，關着窗子不開空調的話，屋裡特別的悶。總之這次體驗很不好。
