Very modern, about 30 minutes from the city when you walk to the tram etc. The service was slow, some issues with the air-conditioning unit took a while to fix. I appreciate that they advertise. They have a free bar in the room but it really is a couple of soft drinks. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition to the room, otherwise the room was comfortable.

盧森堡郊外的酒店，反正盧森堡公共交通不收費，不用擔心位置問題。一樓有一家酒吧，還蠻大的。地下停車場必須要贊一下，寬敞乾淨，停車太放心了。

酒店在一片辦公區內。比較新，去公交站也方便。早餐也不錯，但性價比不太高。

I had a delightful stay at INNSiDE Luxembourg from June 26th to July 5th. The hotel boasts modern amenities and a sleek, stylish design. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. A special mention goes to Zoe Geraldo from the front desk reception. Her exceptional hospitality and professionalism truly enhanced my experience. Zoe was always ready to assist with a warm smile, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Her dedication to excellent service is commendable and much appreciated. Overall, INNSiDE Luxembourg exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Steppin' into INNSIDE by Melia Luxembourg was like walking into a dream. The ambiance, as soothing as a prairie sunset, and the staff? They're the real deal. Treated me with the kind of care that'd make a cowboy feel like a king. Marta, she's a gem, always there to rustle up a taxi or make sure I'm enjoyin' my stay also recommended a nice lunch for me “risotto” And Barbara, she's as wonderful as a cool breeze on a hot summer day. Can't forget Paulo, recommended a wine so good it'd make a tumbleweed dance, and a special delicacy that still has me lickin' my lips. Their hospitality is something to write home about. Much obliged to 'em all!

Very nice Hotel with fantastic breakfast. A good point to start to discover Luxembourg. It is not directly in the center, but you have good connections to the center. You should know that all public busses and trains are free of charge, even if you are a visitor. You don't need to show anything to use the public busses or trains. If you visit Luxembourg with car like we did, here you can also easily find parking places (with charge) during the day. During the night, you don't need to pay for parking. You can also use the parking in the Hotel, but this is also extra charge.

Had a great time at INNSide Melia. All the staff was great, super helpful and friendly. The room was thoroughly cleaned everyday and hospitality drinks replaced everyday as well in the room mini fridge. Breakfasthad a lot of options, including healthy ones. The hotel itself is greatly decorated. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here as part of a wedding group. Staff were super friendly and patient, hotel was nice and rooms are decent. Only awkward thing is shower area is semi transparent so other room guests can see. Breakfast could be better. Otherwise worth staying when in Luxembourg.

Stayed here for a few days with my partner who was on business locally. Lovely, ultra modern, spotlessly clean hotel. Located in a business district about 15 minute (free) bus ride from the city centre. Comfortable bed, great shower and very pleasant communal bar/restaurant. The staff were friendly and approachable and provided me with fresh towels and water when I requested them. Great breakfast too. As this hotel mainly caters for business people there were absolutely no noise issues or rowdiness!

We were recently staying at its Luxembourg branch in May 2024. We experienced a severe breach of security and privacy, resulting in the theft of personal belongings from room. This not only caused significant financial loss but also considerable distress and inconvenience. As a guest of your hotel, we had a reasonable expectation of security and privacy, both of which were egregiously violated. The hotel guest list with hotel room and guest names was left unattended on the restaurant reception desk. An individual (unauthorized person) has obtained this information and received a room access key from your front desk staff (without properly checking and verifying their IDs) while we were having breakfast in your hotel restaurant. The unauthorized person(s) has entered our room and stole our personal belongings while we were in your restaurant for breakfast. It is evident that your hotel failed to uphold its duty to provide adequate security measures, allowing unauthorized access to guest rooms and facilitating the theft of personal property. Such negligence constitutes a breach of the hotel's duty of care to guests and warrants swift and appropriate action to rectify the situation. In light of the aforementioned breach of security and privacy, we are in the process of demanding compensation for the losses incurred as a direct result of the theft. At this time, I still have not received any reply on our request and any indication from the hotel to take immediate steps to address the breach of security and privacy at your establishment.

Wanderful experience as guest. Best of all was it restaurant, from Paulo and his team. He will care about you and all details to ensure your have a good experience, beyond that, his warmth will make you feel truly at home. Will always come back here.
