I had a fantastic stay at Thistle Express Hotel Luton! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s very convenient location near town centre and train station..very accessible to luton airport.. Clean and friendly staffs. Buffet breakfast was good and reasonable price .

I am David Lee from Hong Kong, Luton Town fans before we are in the Premier League. The location of Thistle Express Luton is just 10 minutes walk from the station, and the exit of the hotel, would you believe it is just a minute walk from Luton Point, their main shopping mall! There are KFC and McDonalds in there which you are no longer to use UBER Eat to pay extra, also there are TESCO Express which you can buy drink and fast food there. The Thistle Express Luton hotel lobby provide free breakfast, tea and coffee, and you can use microwave, so you can save lots of money on lunch and dinner.

The hotel is perfectly situated near Luton airport for easy one-night stays. If you follow Google Maps it is a bit tricky finding the way in the dark but when you get inside it is a beautiful building and staff are friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend it!

Good experience, will come again. Our child like the free drink in the lobby, we can chat and enjoiy the chocolate with my friend. Its so chill

Bed bugs. I have multiple bed bug bites on my right leg, right arm and lower back. My pharmacist said they are consistent with the line of bites (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that bed bugs tend to make. It’s a shame as the hotel was good value for money and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the level of service offered when I reported the bed bug bites was appalling.
