ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน อาหารที่ร้านอาหารค่อนข้างอร่อย นอกจากนี้การมีมินิบาร์ (ขนมหวานและเครื่องดื่มให้บริการโดยมีค่าธรรมเนียม) ในห้องพักก็ดีเช่นกัน

จะมีการคิดค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับมินิบาร์ในภายหลังระหว่างเช็คเอาท์ ไม่เคยกล่าวถึงสิ่งเดียวกันในขณะที่เช็คอิน ฝ่ายบริหารโรงแรมหยาบคายระหว่างเช็คเอาท์และไม่มีพนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับในระหว่างการเช็คอินล่าช้า ฉันจะไม่แนะนำโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคน

ห้องพักกว้างขวางสะอาดดี. ทำเลดีมาก. เนื่องจากมีร้านอาหารหลายแห่งใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 2 นาที ร้านอาหารจึงจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงอาหารอย่างมากเพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าได้ บริการอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ได้ใช้จึงไม่ได้รับการประเมิน

Hotel Gemini is an oasis. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was like a cloud, and the food was fantastic Indian fare. The staff was very helpful in finding us a car to Varanasi on short notice, and accommodated us with a late check out while waiting. We could t have had a nicer stay. Thank you!

What views! Restaurant on 7th floor was stunning. Kind staff. The breakfast is worth getting out of the room for. Plenty of restaurants nearby so busy roads surround the property. They are remodeling outside so check before on possible discount.

Services are good and test of food is too good . Location is also good because it is near to Kesarbagh bus stand

Staff is very supportive also location of the hotel even the food is nice nearly places can be explored easily after staying here

Location is very good, next to metro station, walking distance to Hajratganj market. Well staff behaviour. Improvement areas: breakfast food can be improved, staff should take prior customer’s consent to access the room while occupant goes outside during the stay

Room Services of hotel are worst. They unnecesssary delay service requests and rude behaviour is common. Food is not tasty at all. You need to fight with them to get Amenities benefit.

As we checked in. We were offered welcome drink options to choose. Tea /coffe/ fresh lime soda. Never seen hotels doing this. The rooms are very well done and the food is top notch. The restaurant breakfast in morning had an eloborate spread with yummy food. Don't miss the shahi tukda after the meal it's a must.

Amazing hospitality, services and food . highly recommend everyone to opt for this property if you plan a stay in Lucknow. their Shahi Tukda should not be missed..and specially the Breakfast spread is huge and super tasty. will surely book this again if happen to visit lucknow

The location is great, closer to popular food joints and metro station. The rooms are very nice, spacious, the breakfast spread was fantastic. The staff at reception should be more welcoming, they were so busy in themself that they didn’t say even hello. They just did the paper work and provided the key. This was a big turnoff. They should carry a smile and should make the guests feel welcome always.

The hotel was excellent, rooms were clean with all the amenities, restaurant was good and most importantly the service was top notch!

Hotel was very good, staff was very polite and humble, cleanliness was upto the mark but they should work on their room services as bit. Asking for slippers, dental and shaving kits was embarrassing kind off. These things should already be placed brfore guest arrives rest everything was 10 on 10
