พนักงานน่ารักเป็นกันเองสุดๆ ช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง

แย่มากๆ เงินหายที่นี่ ทั้งของเราและเพื่อน เราเมลไม่ถามโรงแรม เขากลับบอกมาว่าเราไม่เช็คให้ดีเอง แล้วไม่เอาเงินไว้ในตู้เซฟเอง คือเงินจำนวนไม่เยอะ เราก็ไม่ได้จะใส่เซฟอยู่แล้ว เราใส่ไว้ในกระเป๋าเล็กๆของกระเป๋าสะพายอีกทีนึง แล้วไม่ได้เอาไปไหนเลย แต่ไม่คิดว่าจะหาย รู้เลยว่ามีคนค้นกระเป๋าแน่ๆ เงินไม่ได้หายไปทั้งหมด เหลือเอาไว้บางส่วน เหมือนตั้งใจจะให้เราจับผิดยาก ทางรร.ก็โทษเราว่าไม่ยอมเก็บให้ดีๆเอง และหาว่าเราไปดิสเครดิสเขาด้วย โอโห้ ไม่เคยเจอการตอบกลับลูกค้าแบบนี้มาก่อน นิสัยแย่มากๆทั้งพนักงานที่ขโมยไปและเจ้าของ อีกอย่างเราต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มตอนเขาพักเพราะทางรร.บอกว่าเพจจองใส่ข้อมูลของราคาผิด เราก็แอบสงสัยแล้วนะ แต่เขาก็อธิบายว่าระบบมีปัญหาจริงๆ เราก็โอเค ตกลงจ่ายเพิ่มไป เพราะหาที่พักอื่นยากแล้ว แล้วทางรร.ก็หาว่าเราไม่โอเคกับการจ่ายเพิ่มเลยหาเรื่องมาดิสเครดิสเขา ไม่คิดเลยว่ารร.จะคิดแบบนี้กับลูกค้า เสียความรู้สึกมากๆ ห้องก็ไม่ใช่ว่าจะดี ราคาก็ไม่ได้ถูกๆนะ แย่ที่สุด!

ใกล้ตลาดดี

โรงแรมค่อนข้างธรรมดา ใกล้กับตัวเมือง มีบริการทัวร์ดีๆราคากันเอง เลยแนะนำได้นะครับ

โรงแรมบริการไม่ดี ไม่แนะนำ ไม่มีพนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับ ข้อมูลการติดต่อไม่มีประโยชน์

บริกรเป็นคนเวียดนามมีทัศนคติที่ไม่ดีต่อคนจีนมากขอไม้แขวนเสื้อและไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ซักผ้านี่มันผิดกฎอะไร? คนจีนไม่มาอย่ามา

เช่นเดียวกับเกสต์เฮาส์ คุ้มค่าที่จะประหยัดต้นทุน!

Good manage and friendly

We booked this hotel very last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and they sent us confirmation straight away! Room was clean and spacious with a great working AC. The staff here went above and beyond for us - especially when we had to buy last minute train tickets !! Also a great location as only 5-10 minute walk to the night market! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Luang Prabang

Stayed at Elephant Boutique Hotel during a business trip and it was a great choice! The location is convenient, close to cafes and main roads, yet still peaceful. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable after a long day of meetings. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth and enjoyable for both work and rest.

*very easy to find *Just a few minutes walk to Old Quarter *We can ask any help to receptionist (motorbike rental, other rentals or train ticket, bus tickets to other places with fair price) *I might say it is worth it with the paid and the facilities.

It’s a good hotel. Front desk manager is good. Room is little bit small but for a traveler who loves to stay outside most of the times except sleeping time it’s quite enough. Compared with the room price it’s not bad. We booked for two nights but we stayed only one night because we organized a quick trip to another place. We if have a chance to come back we would like to stay here again.
