My son asked for six, since there were six of us in the two rooms. The receptionist asked my son why he needed so many, and only after he said there were two rooms did they give him six cups. We travel every summer and winter vacation and have stayed in many hotels of various brands. My son came back to the room and told me that the service at this hotel was terrible. Even though they gave us six paper cups, the staff's eyes and tone were very impatient. I want to ask the hotel management: aren't disposable paper cups provided for hotel guests? Many hotels provide disposable paper cups in their lobbies, but yours required staff to retrieve them from a drawer. This highlights the significant deficiencies in your hotel's facilities and service, and also indicates problems with your staff management. While the exterior is luxurious, many aspects of your service are lacking. The experience was extremely poor."
