"We really enjoyed our experience at Fengduo W Hotel. The hotel is very well situated (in front of a food market and near Century underground mall). Lobby (5th floor) is massive and clean. Our room (7th floor) was spotless and spacious. The hotel was evidently recently renovated, the detailed finishing work is nice. Our breakfast was a chinese-styled breakfast (eggs, stir fry, congee, dumplings, treats, espresso and juices). Check-in and check-out was seamless, and overall a good experience."

Suxin Valley Homestay

"During the holiday, I wanted to take my mother and children on a self-driving tour around the area, but I didn't want to go too far. I saw this homestay on Ctrip, and the experience was basically consistent with the description. The housekeeper service was also very good, the food was quite generous, and you can go to the Great Rift Valley in Western Anhui and the Dabie Mountain Grottoes nearby. In short, it was a pleasant trip!"

"A hotel that exceeded expectations. My sister said it is the most cost-effective hotel. First of all, the location is good, right at the entrance of the bridal town, very easy to find. Once again, the room was very large, fully equipped, and the bedding was clean and new, just like we were the first guests. There is no strange new hotel smell either. (I heard that the decoration has been completed for a long time and it has just opened) Free breakfast was provided on the first day of stay, which was very touching. "Seriously, a word of warning! I ran into a trap at check-in today: the receptionist wouldn't just scan my ID card; she insisted I open a mini-program. I asked if I could do it directly, and she flatly said no, grabbing her phone to try and do it herself. I immediately realized something was wrong and snatched it back, saying, "Don't bother with all that, just check in normally." After some back and forth, I finally checked in with my ID card—no need to scan any codes! It feels like there's something fishy going on here. I bet if they scanned the code, they'd be trying to authorize or register me for a membership, and I wouldn't even know how my personal information got stolen. So, for anyone going to the hotel, please be careful: no matter what the receptionist says, insist on registering with your ID card. Don't download any apps, and don't scan random codes! Protect your personal information and don't get tricked into signing up for any automatically charged memberships. It's always good to be cautious when traveling! The hotel's cleanliness was also so-so, and the design was flawed in many ways. There were no power outlets near the table, and when I flushed the toilet, fecal matter splattered all over the towel—it was truly unpleasant."

"We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in one of them was faulty and didn't cool, making it unbearably hot all night. The outdoor temperature was 36-37 degrees Celsius. How can anyone sleep when the air conditioning isn't working? Breakfast was extremely basic; the milk was made from milk powder, not fresh milk, and it was very sweet. The front desk staff were very rude. On the night of check-in, I asked my son to go downstairs to the front desk for some disposable paper cups for brushing his teeth. My son asked for six, since there were six of us in the two rooms. The receptionist asked my son why he needed so many, and only after he said there were two rooms did they give him six cups. We travel every summer and winter vacation and have stayed in many hotels of various brands. My son came back to the room and told me that the service at this hotel was terrible. Even though they gave us six paper cups, the staff's eyes and tone were very impatient. I want to ask the hotel management: aren't disposable paper cups provided for hotel guests? Many hotels provide disposable paper cups in their lobbies, but yours required staff to retrieve them from a drawer. This highlights the significant deficiencies in your hotel's facilities and service, and also indicates problems with your staff management. While the exterior is luxurious, many aspects of your service are lacking. The experience was extremely poor."
