"Enjoyed a good night's sleep - bed very comfortable, spotlessly clean, very quiet, yet very close to the A75 autoroute. Stayed on Monday so limited choice for dinner but the meal was well cooked and presented. Breakfast was excellent."

"Basic, dated and overpriced We stayed here for a few hours while travelling and, unfortunately, the room was extremely basic and very dated. The décor felt like it had not been updated for decades, the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom looked like it was straight out of the 1980s. The room was also quite poorly equipped — there was only one power socket, which is far from ideal when travelling with phones and other devices. Overall, the atmosphere was a little creepy and not particularly welcoming. On the positive side, the location is very convenient if you are travelling by car, as it is close to the motorway, and the room was clean. If you simply need somewhere to sleep for a few hours and continue your journey, as we did, it is acceptable if you cannot find anything else. However, it is very expensive for the quality and standard of accommodation offered. In short: convenient and clean, but extremely dated, uncomfortable and overpriced."

"We spent a night at the Moulin in late May 2024 with one of my sisters during our hike in and around the Tarn Gorges. We received a very warm welcome from our host, whose name escapes me. His simple dinner of local charcuterie and aligot was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast, served by Patrick, was plentiful and very tasty. We greatly enjoyed chatting with our host, who was able to help us with our concerns about the next leg of our hike. This allowed us to spend a lovely day with a Puerto Rican hiker who was also staying at the Moulin."
