(ภาพที่แนบมา) ใครใช้รุ้งฝุ่นเป็นผ้าห่ม?? !! พอเราดึงเตียงโซฟาออกมาเราไม่สามารถหาเครื่องนอนให้ได้เลย หลังจากเดินทางไปที่แผนกต้อนรับและถามผู้หญิงที่หยาบคายมาก (พูดกับดิฉันเหมือนดิฉันอายุ 5 ขวบ) ว่าเครื่องนอนอยู่ตรงไหน ดิฉันกลับทําเตียงให้ เค้าให้ผ้าปูที่นอนเป็นผ้าปูด้านบน ผ้าห่ม สําลีบางๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ห้องน้ําก็ใช้ได้และไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องฝักบัวแต่อย่าคาดหวังบริการทําความสะอาดห้องหรือผ้าเช็ดตัวสดๆ ! เราต้องไปหาพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ที่ไร้ความสามารถอีกครั้งและขอผ้าเช็ดตัวและกระดาษชําระเพิ่ม อาหารเช้ายังใช้มาตรการป้องกัน Covid ที่มีอาหารร้อนไม่มีนอกจาก Oatmealซอง และแซนวิชอาหารเช้าห่อกันเองที่ต้องอุ่นในไมโครเวฟ VERY DEAT ผลไม้เป็นกล้วยและส้ม และถ้าไม่ได้ไปถึงก่อน 7.30 น. ก็ไม่ได้รับผลไม้เลย! เราจัดการผ่านการเข้าพัก 3 คืน แต่เราจะไม่กลับไปที่อันนี้อีก โรงแรมอยู่ในทําเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมแต่นั่นเป็นทั้งหมดที่มันได้ไปสําหรับในความเห็นของผม!

Both gentlemen at the front desk were helpful and very accommodating. Didn't take long to get to hotel from airport at all, and they were good enough to check me in earlier than posted time, which was so helpful! We had to attend a funeral for a relative and they were quite kind!
