Great location and friendly staff. Spent one night with the family and breakfast was exceptional. Very clean. Only one issue is the exhaust fan in one of the bathroom wasn’t working. Strongly recommend this hotel.

awesome place ... and now the elevator has keycard access ... it's a little annoying because it's new but ensures so much more security ❤️❤️❤️❤️ love that

We arrived after midnight and there was someone at the reception to make out check in process easy and quick, same with check. Great stay and so close to downtown!

This property had helpful professional staff and a super hot breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. It was walkable to the Kentucky International Conference Center.

Dirty room, rude staff, double charged my stay, parking garage ******... worst stay on my trip of 3 different holiday inn express'

Stayed here for a convention, were in walking distance that was great safe quiet walk to the convention centre

rooms and stay was great other then them not having roll away beds or extra beds as advertised and the few of the front desk ladies not being pleasant our check in/out lady was great and the late night lady

I showed up to check in and was informed that they had overbooked and didn’t have a room for me and wouldn’t honor the reservation I had made over a week in advance because it was thru a third party. There was no communication prior to that day that there were no rooms left and won’t honor my reservation. I received emails from Travelocity right up to the day of my stay, but no mention of possible problems with room availability. There was no compensation and wouldn’t honor the price at their other hotels that had available rooms. Disappointing

I really like this hotel. The staff was very friendly and pretty good breakfast. We stayed in the handicapped room and the shower would not stay up. Other than that the place was great.

This was one of my best hotel stays. The entire hotel was immaculate including our room. I even left a note for the cleaning lady about how clean it was. The breakfast was also so good! Will be back!

Upon arrival the clerk was friendly. Once we checked in to our room, room size was nice, but our sink was filthy. Took picture to clerk, she had had house keeping come clean our sink, but it was still unnerving. We were in this same location 2 weeks before for a medical procedure. Hampton Inn offered us free parking due to the reason for our stay. Holiday Inn said they could not accommodate this request.

Loved the area.walked all over downtown. So much great activity going on. Great food.parking at the hotel garage is expensive told her no parking across the street was $7.still got charged thought it was more than told.still loved the stay.
