A little disappointed with no cleaning for our 3 days stay otherwise it was fine. Location is perfect, but parking isn't optimal.

早餐永遠不變，但也就是典型的早餐。房間很大，集中空調就是擺設。網絡非常非常差

酒店在歐洲來説房間算大，房間裏面很乾凈，服務要打電話去前台，就𠕇服務員及時提供服務。早餐還不錯，如果不包早餐，自己花十歐左右就可以享用早餐了。整體感覺還不錯，性價比高。是一個可以值得信賴的酒店。

Great staff, Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was so good chef couldn't do enough for us. Dinner was great to. Big thank you to Tamara, Sandra and karen for there help. And a shout out to the housekeepers and sylvia they all do a great job. The kids loved the room. Will be back for another amazing stay.

The reception staff and restaurant staff couldn’t do enough to help. A special mention to, Karen , Tamara , Sylvia and Darcy. Parking is cheap and situated incredibly close to hotel. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a premier inn. PERFECT

Quiet, clean, well maintained decor. Friendly cheerful staff at check in. Centrally located, with easy access to town centre. Parking very close. Great to be able to check out by 12noon, so did not feel rushed in the morning. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with my partner and two young kids, all the staff here were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast and main meal while we stayed here although there are lots of other places to eat I would recommend eating in house.

Good location for the university, staff helpful on check in, room was ready on arrival found to be good clean pleasant and welcoming. Be prepared as no on site park only standard local car parks. Come on Premier Inn at least create a deal with a local car park. Overall very satisfied.

Base for visit to Great Central Railway. Guest: old bloke with dodgy knees. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, allocated accessible room with wet room. Shower temperamental, not wanting to turn off, but sorted by staff. Bed comfortable when lying down, but rather too low, making getting up a pain. Dinner on one night, nice fish and chips. Breakfast OK, but service a bit overwhelmed. On two out of three mornings, I arrived when bacon was missing! Not the Ritz, but friendly and good value.

The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, sooo large aswell plenty of room for two. Very pleased with cleanliness of the hotel, staff are soo helpful & friendly. Would recommend staying here in the Loughborough primer Inn My husband and I always stay in Premier Inns they are definitely the best place to stay for everything you need for a comfortable night or more 💕 ✨️
