It’s a shame there is building works going on at the moment as they do detract from your stay whilst working shifts. However, the staff absolutely make the best of the situation. Kul is always on hand to make our experience the best. She is always so friendly, smiley & helpful to whatever we could possibly need. I purely come back just to see her! No matter whether I’m leaving for a shift, or coming back, she is there to brighten my day with a quick chat and a massive smile.

Great stay, would definitely advise. Alfy and Khl was very nice and welcoming to me and my family and tried to do as much as they can to make the baby happy. Coby.

Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, shame we only stayed one night but will use again when we explore Stratford again.

Pitched up here at 2am, having left my house keys at a London venue, now closed until Monday morning! Despite already being fully-booked, the night team couldn't have been any more caring or kind. A big shout out to Kul & Rakesh for providing bottled water and a hot drink. And as it was undoubtedly going to be difficult to find a remotely affordable hotel room at this time of night, a parking space was going to be made available for me to at least grab a few hours shut-eye in my car!

Pure excellence Kul & Rakesh very efficient, proffessional manner and brilliant customer service, clean and all facilities I requested They both found upon arrival within 5 mins i was fast asleep and in my room !!! 🙏

I have have stayed at this premier inn multiple times the past two months and each time has been a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, tidy and the beds are comfy. I often check in late in the evening and kal at reception has consistently been great, very helpful and friendly. Exactly what you want after a long drive.

I only booked the day before and also needed a late check-in, which can often be difficult at other places. However, when I called, I spoke to the lovely Kul, who immediately reassured me that it would not be a problem at all. She was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process so easy. When we arrived, she was very welcoming and made us feel completely at ease, despite arriving late. She was more than happy to provide wine glasses, extra towels, and anything else we needed to feel comfortable. I work in customer service myself, so I truly appreciate how rare it is to meet someone who is genuinely passionate about caring for their guests. I really hope she is recognised for her wonderful service! Thank you Kul! :)
