"This hotel was a wonderful place to spend a restful afternoon after several days of hiking on the Chemin St. Jacques. We were graciously received, our room was available early and we enjoyed the swimming pool and a very fine dinner outdoor on the patio on a warm late spring evening. Breakfast the next morning was really well done."

"Quirky house, well renovated. Comfortable bed. Decent size bathrooms. Air conditioning. Very quiet area. Fabulous breakfasts, pancakes one day, fruit crumble another and croissants on our last day along with fresh bread, home-made jams and plenty of coffee, all taken in the shady garden under 50 year old kiwi vines. Our host Christine was friendly, very helpful, cheerful and full of great suggestions for places to see and things to do. Nothing was too much trouble for her, there was even a fridge for visitors to store their drinks with freezer packs supplied for days out."
