Casa Maat at JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa

My family and I had a wonderful time at Casa Maat. The service staff was attentive and ensured that all of our needs and wants were taken very quickly. Everyone was so pleasant. The included breakfast and dinner were delicious, as well as the snacks and desserts at lunchtime. The property is well taken care of and we were able to relax in the calm and peaceful environment. Even though we were not able to enjoy the beach, the pools were really fun. Afterwards, we went to stay at another resort an hour away. When we got there, we realized we left our passports in the safe at Casa Maat. So we texted our concierge Jesús at Casa Maat and he promptly found them, put them in a taxi and we had them less then 90 min later. What incredible service!

My wife and I stayed at Casa Mart in Cabo for 3 nights, during the first week of January. This place is a hidden gem!!! It is attached and off to the side of the JW Marriott and you feel like you are in your own little private haven. It is a small boutique type setup with no more than 60 rooms or so, but has a beautiful pool that overlooks the ocean. You can walk down the large stair case and go for a walk on the beach or just sit back in your comfy lounger and watch the ocean and look for whale spotting. The service here was top notch and exceeded our expectations. They have a full breakfast buffet in the AM that is so delicious and then they offer you various snacks throughout the day like fresh ceviche and fresh guacamole. At dinner, they have a set theme and menu they offer, which is included in your room price, along with a top shelf open bar from 6 - 8 PM. This is not an all-inclusive, but it makes you feel like you are at one. You have direct access to free beer and soda throughout the day in the mini fridge where the bfast buffet is setup. Every server and employee interaction we had was super friendly, helpful and just what we could hope for. I would absolutely come back to Casa Matt without hesitation. Note that since this is a smaller resort, it is perfect for 3 & 4 night getaways. It is a great chill and relax location and would not recommend for families. If you are going with kids, I would say that JW would probably be the better option.

We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable time at Casa Maat within the JW Marriott Hotel in Puerto Los Cabos. Service everywhere was excellent, accommodating, and respectful. BUTLER STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL! Food and beverage options (exclusively for Casa Maat guests) were plentiful and nicely prepared and presented in whatever manner one desired. It really was a wonderful hotel stay that we’ll surely repeat.

Everything was amazing from the food to the service! Jesús was very attentive and made the experience very enjoyable! All of the staff was very nice, we didn’t want to leave! The rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely be back again!!

Great facilities and excellent service. The extra perks at Casa Maat were worth it - my pool chair and iced coffee were waiting for me every day! The butlers arranged dinners and golf - couldn’t have been easier. Even got to see whales while sitting at the pool.

The service and staff is absolutely impeccable. We just kept on being surprised with how amazing it all was. All of our needs and wants were taken care of! The breakfast was delicious and the lunch and guacamole was something we looked forward to every day! Delicious coffee.

The resort is truly outstanding in all areas: the rooms, grounds, level of service, and dining. Beautiful pool areas, modern spacious rooms. The breakfast and dinner items were delicious and generous in portions. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and did everything in their powers to make the stay a wonderful experience. Definitely worth the moderate upgrade in price to stay at CasaMaat rather than the main hotel. Free breakfast buffet, more private pool, and free light dinner.

Gorgeous property and friendly and attentive staff. The lounge staff, butlers and house keepers are fabulous. Beautiful views from the pool. We were able to see several whales we enjoyed several meals at the lounge. Breakfast was by far the best. We will certainly be back!

Simply a great team at Casa Maat! Their staff is very welcoming and I highly recommend it! Daniel at the pool was incredible. Francisco and Ricardo from the butler team were exceptional and made our stay so easy! We had 7 people in our party but the restaurants and bars were very welcoming to large groups.
