The best two weeks a person could hope for. We came looking to be pampered and spoiled and we definitely were. The premium all-inclusive plan was incredible. Multiple fantastic dining options, activities and reservations were always handled by Elder our host with ease and the property and views were stunning.

The hotel is absolutely exquisite, and the service is impeccable. I had a facial with Coco at the Milagro spa and she was phenomenal! The pools are all great, and there are many to choose from, many heated, and some for kids and some adults only. We would definitely book here again - though we did not do the all inclusive because we love to eat in town. The food here is pretty good and there are many choices, but it’s quite expensive so we will know at the end, if it was worth it to eat here as much as we did. Overall a phenomenal experience - one thing to note is that it’s a short trip to a beach you can swim in if that’s important to you.

Vista Encantada is an amazing place to be an owner at. We have been staying at the resort for years and continue to be impressed with the service provided at every stop. The entire staff is friendly and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. We have had the pleasure of having Humberto Millan assigned as our butler several times and I can not explain how amazing he is. He is very attentive and takes care of everything requested without haste and ensures our family feels like they are the most important people in the world to him. My family always hopes that he is at the reception desk when we arrive so we can be with him throughout our stays. I truly believe Vista Encantada has the best staff members and a perfect location to enjoy all that Cabo has to offer.

Vista Encantada is a well appointed resort with phenomenal views. The two bedroom unit was spacious and well equipped. During our week long stay, the great service provided by the entire staff truly stood out. Especially Adrian, our butler who went above and beyond. He was absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough good things about him. Always with great recommendations and available even after hours. Our housekeeper Solidad, was wonderful too. We will definitely be back.

Vista Encantada as always is a beautiful resort with the best views! We return here every year and I look forward to it all year long! The spa is a must as well if you do the all inclusive the hydrotherapy facilities are included. All of the staff were so accommodating. Our host Enrique was phenomenal! He helped us throughout our stay with every little need we had no matter the time of day. He was patient and kind with our family. He even helped me in getting my lost passport back and translated for me as necessary. I can not give enough kudos to Enrique for his kindness and generosity!

We love the resort and come every year! Vista Encatada is so beautifully maintained and the service is top notch. Enrique Morales was our concierge and he helped us with everything we needed and more! Even on his day off he was checking on us and making sure we had reservations and a list of activities. We really appreciate his attention to detail and service. see you next year!

A beautiful resort with an amazing pool. Amazing views from both sides of the building. A large jacuzzi so did not feel cramped. The food we had from room service left a lot to be desired however. I had some issues with charges that were eventually waived. However there were bright spots. Enrique Morales, our butler, was attentive and helped with our little emergency. He is really nice and approachable and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The pool staff were amazing. We were one of the last people in the pool one night as it was cold. The nice lady switched out our towels on her own. The cleaning staff were also awesome. We had a large suite and the rooms were always clean. While I some minor issues while we were there, I would go again in the future.

This resort is amazing! We stayed in the two bedroom overlooking the ocean. We could watch whales from our balcony. We watched amazing sunset, and sunrises. The resort grounds are beautiful many pools overlooking the ocean with infinity look outs. We utilized the day spa and had a massage and facial, used the wet, sauna, dry sauna, and the Jacuzzi, really enjoyed the spa pool. The most amazing asset they have is there a butler/concierge named Elder Periban! He was so helpful and so kind, and we laughed and we giggled, and he really made our trip fun! He would text us and let us know of the activities going on around the resort and it was helpful to plan our excursions within our budget. We got to experience Rooftop 360 a bar in town that overlooks an amazing view. There are not enough words to describe this resort. Some of the excursions we went on were the UTV, horseback, riding, sunset, cruise. The only negative I have is the tiles that are coming loose in the pools and are at risk for cutting peoples toes

Our concierge, Elder, was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and the facility was beautiful. We had a lovely view, the resort was peaceful, and the water in the pools was delightfully warm! We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay!
