Excellent experience. All the of the facilities were clean and well maintained; lots of activities for me and for my son (6 years old); great kids club and massage services; food was delicious; staff was wonderful and accommodating. Good sized pools and a private beach.

The resort was beautiful though i thought the rooms were a little outdated. We had been told that our room came with a sofa bed and I even confirmed on email prior to our stay but there was no sofa bed. One of us had to sleep on the couch and another person slept on a roll away bed that they brought in which was then in place in the middle of the living room for the entire stay. They told us on 3 occasions they would bring a sofa bed and they never did and we just gave up asking any further.

This was the first trip to Cabo for me and my family. We were a little nervous about Mexico in general with our kids, but we couldn't have been more comfortable. The Grand Fiesta Americana was fantastic. We will definitely go again and we will be staying at this property. The beach is fantastic. My family spent a ton of time snorkeling and hanging out by the beach. It was incredible.

We ended up getting an AWESOME Black Friday deal for this property making it super affordable for a winter getaway. The property is stunning. The grounds are incredibly well maintained! The drinks are strong and you don’t have to ask for higher end alcohol —they automatically use it (something we haven’t seen before in an all inclusive). The breakfasts at the Penninsula were incredible. The wait staff was amazing and the poolside service for lunches made it so you didn’t have to leave your seat once and could enjoy the sun ALL day. Cleanliness wise it was apparent that they keep the pools very clean and the buffets (which make me nervous from a cleanliness standpoint) were incredibly sanitary and maintained beautifully from the beginning to end of each meal service. The pools were unheated and VERY cold, which is one of my only complaints but it sounds as if that isn’t specific to this resort and is common in many resorts in Cabo. We were part of the grand club but found that if we hadn’t gotten the upgrade for free, we really wouldn’t have missed it. The perks were fine but unnecessary. All in all we loved our trip. As a couple, we will probably pursue adults only in the future for a more romantic vibe but this was still absolutely amazing! Thank you, Grand Fiesta!

Overall a great property. Great for families. Great location. Has many pools. Most rooms have great ocean view. They are very accommodating to change your room. But they are very busy. Service can take some time. Specially, in the restaurants. The all-inclusive restaurants could do a little better on the food, quality and service. The Italian restaurant was complete one on five star with very poor quality food and that was something that required reservation for. Lots of waiting at sushi restaurant once you order food but the food was great at sushi restaurant. The blue restaurant also the food was great, but always full and packed and lot of waiting, they could do with adding more seats and service specially, because they are charging so much for all inclusive rooms. Overall, I would not hesitate to return back to this resort. Of course there are some things they can improve on for at least the price they charge.
