การออกแบบของโรงแรมดีและอยู่ในทำเลสะดวก ขนาดห้องสะดวกสบายและสะอาด การอาบน้ำต้องใช้เวลาค่อนข้างนานเพื่อให้น้ำอุ่น

การออกแบบออนไลน์รายละเอียดประณีตและให้ความรู้สึกถึงแฟชั่นสตรีท แต่อากาศภายในอาคารมีกลิ่นเหม็นและแรงดันน้ำต่ำ

Great hotel and great value. The area is a little sketch but it's downtown la so you kinda have to expect that. I would totally stay there again

Overall service was below average, for being a hotel in DTLA the windows should have a better acoustic isolation you can hear all the noise from the street if you. The room had a smell. Cannot really describe it. Been in the Ace at New York and London and the experience was pleasant. Cannot say the same to LA
