It was a nice hotel I enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness was good but could be a little better. The tub was just dirty a bit. And room was not vaccumed. But overall it looked clean and it was nice hotel. Breakfast was great as well it was just American continental breakfast. Mini Muffins, mini bagels, few options of cereals, coffee, tea, juice, sausage, pancakes, French toast, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt and an omelet you can order and chef makes your eggs however you like. Good customer service it was nice. Great hotel overall especially happy hour time it was great.

Hotel was nice. Room is slightly different than what I thought it going to be. But it’s ok.

The hotel was perfect for our little family of 5. The room was cozy with a living room separated from the bedroom (loved the door for privacy reasons). The morning breakfast is another plus of this hotel. The only complaint I have is that the hotel charged us more than the rate per our trip.com’s booking. We were told to deal with trip.com ourselves. According to our booking, the rate that we are supposed to pay is RM1677.52 with USD30 to be settled @ the hotel upon check out. But the hotel charged us USD 576.41 instead which translates to around RM670 more that what’s listed in our bookings. This is my 1st time booking a hotel stay with trip.com. I usually use *********** and under ***********, what’s listed is what we usually paid. Hope someone from Trip.com will contact me and clarifies.

酒店的位於華人比較集中的區域，附近中餐很多。如果開車來，在總枱要和服務員説一下，一天停車費12美元，刷房卡出入停車場，很方便。早餐還不錯，可以在餐廳吃，也可以裝一大盤迴房間吃。
