The room was extremely cold at night; the air conditioner was barely effective. The two elderly people tossed and turned all night, and even with the heater on in the middle of the night, it was still freezing. When they woke up in the morning, both of them, in their sixties, had icy hands and feet, saying they felt cold even while using the bathroom during the night.
