The so-called hotel is partially occupying level 19 of a 26-storey apartment building as the front desk and using level 22 & 24 as guest rooms. This building's occupants consist of small offices, dwelling houses, store rooms, small businesses, repair shops and "hotel". The 3 available lifts are used by anybody occupying or visiting the building.
The main entrance to this building is at a narrow lane. The raised platform to the building is blocked by horizontal bars to prevent motorcycles from entering the building. Hotel patrons with heavy luggages have to lift them off the obstacles to step onto the platform to enter the building lobby. Really fantastic!
The front desk lady at level 19 was the only service person there. She was very incompetent in dealing with non-citizens or foreigners. She took more than half an hour to report my presence to the local police authority. She tried many times to key in my passport number, name and birthday date, and failed many times! Finally with my help, she managed to have me check-in.
The guest room is spacious but unfriendly. The bath room has no horizontal bar to hang the towel provided. When I used the bathroom, I had to place it on top of the basin platform! There was no floor towel to dry my wet feet. I had to raise my foot to dry it with the only bath towel. There was also no face towel. The only bath towel did all the jobs.
It was stated that breakfast was included in my booking of this hotel. But actually this hotel has no breakfast restaurant! When I asked for the breakfast, the lady said she would order it for me from outside. So the next morning I just got only a small chicken-burger with a paper cup of coffee for my breakfast!
The tv set and WIFI were not working. I had to go to the front desk personally to request the lady for help. She reluctantly follow me to my room to set up the tv unit and WIFI. Finally the WIFI and tv worked.
