Hotel needs a bit of TLC, poor cupboards in gents spa changing rooms, rather dull/dark rooms, AC not very efficient, room was rather cold, and restaurant too cold, we needed a fan heater! Also during Sunday breakfast (busy) orange juice, bacon, hash browns and butter portions all had run out, the food was good but replenishment was slow. Service for Drinks at the bar was slow and the drinks rather expensive. There was a fault on the hot water meaning no hot water in the morning, but later it was back on and boiling hot! Finally the front desk service was good, friendly and helpful, despite one of the computers not working.

Perfectly good hotel, interior is a little dated especially in the bar, good nights sleep, breakfast had a good choice. Perfect location if you're off to the race track.

The hotel was really good 8 years ago when I have get away weekend with my friends, But in the last 3 years have been there 3 times and is really getting bad in terms of cleanliness and facilities getting really old especially the carpets and the bathroom.

Hotel in a run down state, internal room doors all need replacing, bottoms looked like they’d been planed with a chainsaw. Think my room was above the kitchen as I could hear a swing door constantly slamming shut through the evening, this thankfully stopped around 11:30, but started again 5:30ish the next morning. Waiting staff not very attentive at all, evening meals decent enough but breakfast very poor.

The staff were really kind, helpful and approachable, especially Louise and Tye in the leasure facility; nothing was too much trouble and when they had to close the pool down they were so appologetic and kept us fully informed about what was happening. However, when we went to the bar in the evening I had finished my drink before my son had actually recieved his due to the service being extremely slow; even though the bar was virtually empty. The winsow seal in our room had perished and there were strong wind during the night; the noise of the wind blowing through the gap was horrendous and woke me up numerous times as well as it making the riom rather cold.

Stayed over the Christmas period whilst visiting family. Excellent base, so much to do and excellent amenities onsite as well as location wise (Lakeside, Bluewater etc) Staff made a massive effort over Christmas with the kids, it was really touching to see.

Not a very nice hotel, couldnt check in until 2 hours after checking time i had 5 rooms booked, rooms not Ready, beds uncomftable, lobby smelt of *******, and in general the hotel was dirty. Wouldnt recommnend

Quality hotel with good facilities

Soundproof rooms nice location

First time staying here, we thought it was great. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Would recommend. Only problem is the parking, we arrived on race day and the car park was full. They need to paint lines so cars park properly.

A very relaxing place

Great location for anyone going to Brands Hatch. Hotel staff were great and we have a fantastic size room
