The suites on the first floor are gorgeous - modern, clean, with super comfortable mattresses. I stayed 3 days and all staff were exceptional - professional, helpful, interested. Thomas in particular was very helpful arranging an additional night at the last minute. Coffee and infused water in the libby was a nice tough. First floor suites are all newly renovated.
