ไม่พอใจ เช็คอินแจ้งว่า 15.00 น. เราไปถึงตอน 15.00 น. แล้วพนักงานบอกว่าห้องยังไม่พร้อมและจะพร้อมภายในครึ่งชั่วโมง ตอนจอง เราขอเช็คอินก่อนเวลาตอน 14.00 น. ด้วยซ้ำ แต่ได้รับคำตอบกลับมาว่าเช็คอินได้ตอน 15.00 น. การจองก่อนเวลาคงเป็นไปไม่ได้ ดังนั้นเราจึงไปถึงตอน 15.00 น. โดยไม่ได้แจ้งขอเช็คอินก่อนเวลาด้วยซ้ำ พนักงานไม่ยอมให้เราเช็คอินเลยเวลาที่กำหนด เราเดินทางมาไกลและแผนของเราทั้งหมดก็เลยล่าช้า พังไปหมดเพราะเรื่องนี้ ถ้าคุณเตรียมตัวไม่ทันตอน 15.00 น. อย่าแจ้งเช็คอินตอน 15.00 น. เลย

นี่เป็นโรงแรมราคาประหยัดและคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป ห้องพักเป็นแบบภายในอาคารจึงไม่มีหน้าต่าง ถ้าตื่นกลางดึกก็จะไม่รู้เวลา โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านแฮคนีย์ ซึ่งเป็นย่านที่มีสีสันของลอนดอน สถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้มากจนได้ยินเสียงรถไฟแต่ก็ไม่รบกวนการนอนหลับ มีกาต้มน้ำให้บริการที่แผนกต้อนรับ มีร้านค้าและร้านแมคโดนัลด์อยู่ใกล้ๆ โรงแรมสะอาดมากและปลอดภัย ห้องพักไม่มีห้องน้ำในตัว ห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำต้องใช้ร่วมกันกับห้องนอนอื่นอีกสองหรือสามห้อง ปลั๊กไฟในอ่างล้างหน้าใช้ไม่ได้ ฉันเลยใช้กระดาษชำระแทนตอนโกนหนวด แต่ปลั๊กไฟในอ่างล้างหน้าในห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำในทางเดินถัดไปก็ใช้ได้ ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน (เว้นแต่ว่าราคาจะสูงขึ้นมาก)

ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้ถือว่าโอเคเลย ทำเลดี ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้งและร้านอาหารท้องถิ่น เดินไปได้สะดวก

I have been misleaded with the information about the room description and I was in a situation where either I have to cancel my booking and loose all the money and also try to book an another hotel in the very last minute. I had to contact both side parties to sort out and that totally ruined my evening as it was time consuming. I was supposed to get a double bed instead I got a single bed which is not worth the money I paid for.

The room size is great, cleanliness fine and location good but the service was awful. In this winter, the heater in the room was not working, I have tried to set it up but impossible. We reported to the girl at the reception and she told us her colleague who knew how to do it will come at 11pm and we were around 8pm, which never happened.. we stayed in the cold all the day spent in that room without any staff coming to see the heater even though we went there twice for it. It was an horrible stay due to the heater no staff seemed to be bothered.. we were even not the only one complaining about that as we found another person complaining at the reception as well.

I had the small room with en suite. The room is perfect for solo travellers or even couples or friends. The bathroom could be more cleaner. There was scaling and mould on the surrounding of the shower and the cabinet in the bathroom. The location is great. There’s bus stop right outside and Hackney Central overground 2 minutes away. There’s also cafes nearby and shops for any last minute shopping needed. The check in process was quick. There’s only one lift so can be slow sometimes.

In the kitchen should be there tea bags and tea stuff people spent alot on just room at least they expect a cup of tea no heating working no microwave working it was okay

Perfect location, actually when you get off the train, then 2-3 mins walk inside the hotel. Not laud at all even the train station is here. Room are really good for what I expected.

Was great and they let me Check in a little Early which was so Amazing!! Well, they gave me their number when I arrived and said to text in an hour and if it was ready I could Come back and it was! 💃🏾 and the kitchen is always so helpful! And literally next to hackney central. Don’t forget to walk to the black metal bar about a half mile north 👏🏾⚒️

The great things are: it is super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful BUT The rooms are very small (ca 4m2) with no window, no ventilation, and can become extremely warm and hard to breath even in winter. So, if you need a place only to sleep for a night, its okay but for for more than that, you should better look for another place

Bed was horrendous too sleep in. Blood on the mattresses the duvet was paper thin the most uncomfortable bed me n my partner slept in. Tv was also not working so dunno the point of having a massive tv right infront of the bed. Also 2 glass cups right on top of the tv for what reason when there was no water at all , WiFi wasn’t working either only 2 towels the bathroom looked unclean and like it hadn’t been wiped at all. Only good thing was the shower and the water being hot. Such an uncomfortable hotel save ur money. Also reception said to call their number if anything was needed had to call for about 10 times just to get an answer asked to change rooms and was told it’ll be £100 charge.

Kip hotel is brilliantly located and double bed very comfy even in a smaller room. Shared bathroom but never any issues limited wait on morning for shower but otherwise always available. Requested a kettle, hair dryer more towels and pillows prior to booking but house keeper forgot so had to wait till shift change to get their items but I arrived at 9.30pm so only waited till 11.15pm for them to be delivered to room. Managed to got free cups of tea by going to reception while I waited. Staff always super friendly and receptionist remembered me from last week which was nice.

This has been my “go to” hotel for staying in in London for the last year. It’s so comfortable, reasonably priced and the staff are so lovely. The location is also incredible and I will be continuing to use this place as it is “my home from home.”
