The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are helpful 👍 although Balham not near to centre London but the hotel are next to underground station which only take 30mins can go to centre London. Also there have serval good restaurant next to the hotel👍

This was a nice stay which was close to local amenities. The staff were friendly and inviting. I was able to do street parking for free which I opted for over paying for the hotels parking.
