Wifi เร็วมาก เครื่องปรับอากาศ และอุปกรณ์ครบและใหม่ อย่างเดียวคือห้องเล็กมาก สองเตียง เปิดพร้อมกันไม่ได้ เตียงสั้นมาก ถ้าเกิน 1.7ม. ก็จะตั้งได้

ที่ตั้ง Gd รูมเซอร์วิส r พนักงานสะอาดเป็นกันเองเพียงราคาเดียวในช่วงฤดูร้อน coz 😂😂

Location is fantastic as the hotel's location is pretty close to the victoria station. However as the Victoria station is huge, it might get a bit confusing as to which exit to use. When coming out from the platform, look for a restaurant "Itsu" or McD. With Itsu on your left hand side, just go straight until you exited the station. Afterwards, turn left and you shall see a traffic light and in front of you is a park. Cross the road and turn left. Walk straight and you shall see Harry's Bar in front of you. Victoria hotel is located at the building behind Harry's Bar. Staff are friendly and polite. Any early check-in or late check-out warrants a 15 pounds. You can always leave your luggage with the concierge to save 15 pounds.

Sufficient and does its job. No real Complaints at all. Though may not stay again

Room is very small but great location

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast although rather expensive at £13.95 a head. Rooms smaller than expected and better suited to single travellers rather than couples. Did not like the shower/toilet glass partition - lack of privacy. Would stay again as a single traveller but not as a couple.

All are under normal level but only location is better , I might not choose it again if come back London .

Great location. Rooms are very small and no other amenities. We only stayed here for the convenient location.

Z Hotel Victoria was amazing!! The location is really so convenient. And the staff are really the best. We had nowhere to go during Christmas and were afraid that our train will be cancelled. They actually held on the room for us and they were so incredibly warm & sweet!! Especially the girl that looks like Barbie. (Margot Robbie) Will definitely book this hotel again if I’m back in London! :)

Location is great!! 3 mins walk to Victoria tube station. Room size is very small and can’t find a place to open my hand-carry luggage. Staffs are very helpful. Overall is fine for a short weekend stay.

房間較細 適合一人或二人 家庭就不太適合了 酒店職員友善親切 位置真是一分頂級 附近半小時步時間內全是景點 地鐵站也是方便去各大熱門地區

服務還可以，沒有窗的房間在地下室，小到不行
