Nearby Paddington station and restaurants. Good beds. Tea,coffee and cookies and a fridge are provided in the room so that is nice. Very small bathroom and even smaller breakfastroom in the basement. But there is a variety of choices at breakfast so that is okay. But the breakfast room is not covenient because it is so small to move around.

We ended up booking at Prime Inn Hotel late at night due to having to leave our other hotel promptly. The guy on the front desk was extremely polite and even upgraded our room. The room was clean, which compared to our other hotel, was a blessing. Would definitely recommend.

When we checked into the hotel they said they was going to put us in the family room and would move us if someone else booked it. As we were going to be out the next day we said we would prefer the room we booked as we weren’t comfortable with them moving our stuff. The room we booked wasn’t available as they were full,so they were doing us no favours by putting us in this other room. We left the next morning, when we returned later in the evening our belongings had been packed and left in the hallway. As we explained,this was not acceptable,it was not ethical and it was also an invasion of our privacy. When asked to speak to a manager we were told we couldn’t as he was in the hospital and no assistant manager was available,we found out later that evening when the fuses blew out in our room that the guy we spoke to earlier was in fact the assistant manager. He didn’t know how to change a fuse and had to call an electrician. The 2 rooms we had were dirty, one shower was broken with rusted parts, there were dirty marks and things that looked like dried snot on the walls. When asked how many rooms were in the hotel(16), then asked how many rooms actually looked like the site we booked on, there reply was 2 or 3. There is so much wrong with this place, spend a little extra and stay somewhere nicer where the staff know how to run a place and will not lie to you.

A few days after staying here, I had welts all over in little rows. Clearly the result of bed bugs, and this was the only hotel I stayed at while travelling. I emailed the hotel about it but got no response whatsoever.

Era Classic Hotel invece adesso si chiama PRIME INN una bella zona di Paddington, London. Ci sono tanti ristoranti in zona e anche vicino alla stazione di Metropolitana fermata Paddington.L'albergo è piccolino ma molto pulito e sono gentili. La colazione è compreso nel prezzo. Mi è piaciuto molto questo posto.

Todo, el peor hotel en donde me he alojado en toda la vida, llegamos a una habitación que estaba en el sótano, sin ventanas ni ventilación, húmedo, las sábanas manchadas, no tiene internet pese a que dice que si tiene wifi, la TV no funciona, no tienen aire acondicionado, solo un viejo ventilador que no funcionaba. Reclame y nunca me respondieron. supuestamente pedirían queme cobren 1 noche que fue lo que estuvimos, para luego cámbiame de hotel, ya queademás entraba mucho olor a cigarro desdela calle, ya que había un lugar afuera donde todos fumaban, nunca tuve respuesta, el desayuno pauperrimo, además que el lugar donde se toma desayuno es minúsculo, con un calor terrible, solo tienen pan mantequilla y dulce, el hervidor de agua no funciona, por lo que debían pegarle para que prendiera y luego se volvía a apagar, no hay tostador de pan, no hay endulzante solo azúcar, el espacio donde se toma desayuno es tan pequeño y además húmedo porque en la noche secan las sábanas en las sillas del desayuno, por £1.650 3 noches, me arrepiento enormemente por el dinero tan mal gastado en un hotel tan pesimo que ni las mascotas merecen alojarse ahí, el personal pésimo no te soluciona ninguna duda ni te ayuda, el último día me cambiaron de pieza tanto reclamar, por lo menos tenía ventana, pero no es posible que te dejen las cosas de aseo dentro de la habitación casi diciendo que el aseo lo hagas tú si no te gusta el hotel, las cabeceras punto aparte…viejas malolientes y sucias, colchones malísimos, de espuma y los resortes se meten en la espalda, no vale ni 10 euros la noche
