Fantastic location. Airport to hotel takes around 60-80 mins. I even walk to the British museum, 30 mins on foot

The room was comfy and quiet with the usual things provided. I was able to check in a bit earlier. Reception was lovely.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Very close to Barbican station. Nice idea to have a free coffee machine on the basement.

really lovely stay. conveniently located by farringdon station and v close to the west end area. room had good amenities such as a kitchenette and coffee. slightly odd layout where the bathroom door and main room door would block each other when opened haha. car park had 3 bays at the back of the hotel, not the most spacious bays but good enough.

lovely stay! staff were nice and friendly. super helpful. besides the room is a little small but overall is perfect! would recommend solo traveller or couple!

Good location. Decent size room and ok bedding. Slight smell coming from sink and soundproofing between rooms not great (which was fine for me but may be an issue for others).

Everything at this hotel was perfect! Location seems to be a bit far from center of London but, thanks to the nice traffc system, moving around in London is very easy, but please note that fares are not cheap. At each room, heater system is perfectly embedded and it works well so that we could enjoy staying at warm place. This nice hotel offers free coffee at lobby floor and it tastes super rich and good so that we did not need to visit place like Starbucks. All staff were very helpful and very kind! Hope to visit this place again whenever i travel in London. Thank you so much for everything Citadines Barbican!

The room was great, equipped with everything we needed (apart from no conditioner and air conditioning not working properly). The staff were friendly and helpful. In general, it was a great experience. The price was a bit expensive.

Friendly and accommodating service staff Clean room, with a nice bed side table Short distance to barbican station (though no lifts to carry luggage down to the platform) Easy to get to Heathrow airport via barbican direct to Paddington station and boarding the Heathrow express thereafter.

酒店真的非常好，意外驚喜，房間確實不大，但是完全夠了，我們兩個女的，一個29寸大箱子很舒服，酒店B1有非常好喝，免費的咖啡 牛奶 巧克力奶自助機，非常多功能選擇，甚至有低咖啡因選項，前台非常友好，自助到B1自取更換的用品，也方便，我堅信我下次來英國也會選擇這裏住，旁邊有超市、有Costa，有很近很近的地鐵站，非常方便

很滿意，房間寬敞而乾淨，提供洗頭水浴液毛巾衞生紙，下水道暢通，浴缸有防滑墊，熱水充足。一室房有微波爐和電磁爐，提供的餐具齊全，冰箱大而好用，還有個高椅餐桌。床頭有插座，地下一層有免費咖啡和牛奶隨取隨用。入住期間不打掃衞生可能全英都是這樣吧，自備拖鞋牙刷牙膏。

空調壞了，室外温度低於10度時沒有暖空調，修了幾次修不好最後拿了個取暖器來，取暖器的開關過幾分鐘會自動跳閘，再過幾分鐘又會點亮，開關聲音嚴重影響睡眠。 連住6晚只有一天進來打掃衞生，更換毛巾添加衞生紙都是自己到地下一樓自助。
