โรงแรมกำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการก่อสร้างและกำลังดำเนินการอยู่ด้านนอกห้องพักของเรา หน้าต่างในห้องที่หันหน้าออกถนนแตกและไม่สามารถล็อกได้ เจ้าของไม่ค่อยดีกับครอบครัวของฉันตอนเช็คอิน

•ผมคิดว่าฤดูกาลนี้คงยากเพราะเครื่องทำความร้อนน้ำมันไม่ทำงาน •ห้องน้ำเล็กเท้าโดนเลย •ไม่มีสัญญาณทีวี เลยดูไม่ได้สองวัน →เมื่อฉันบอกเจ้าของ เขาพูดว่า ``บางครั้งคุณสามารถดูได้เพราะปัญหาในพื้นที่'' ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ!

พรมสกปรกสุด ๆ ห้องน้ำบางมากและมีกลิ่นเหม็นอาหารเช้ามีแค่ขนมปังปิ้งข้าวโอ๊ตและเค้กสำเร็จรูปสุดหวาน ... ไม่มีไข่ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ดีเก่ามากควรอยู่ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้าเวสต์ฟิลด์ดีกว่า แต่ต้องใช้เวลาสักพัก...

สภาพแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่อาหารเช้าดี

Good hotel for a stay for any events at the O2 Shepherd's Bush or Hammersmith. The rooms are small but very clean. There's a kettle and a TV, bathrooms are tiny, but the products are there and also there's a hairdryer which was an added benefit. Towels were a little lacking, if you're anything over size 12, the shower towel will not be big enough. Also no hand towel in the bathroom. Would not recommend with bulky luggage or mobility issues, as the stairs are narrow and the rooms go up to the 5th floor. All in all, very pleasant for a short stay, especially for the price in this location.

Location wise is very convenient, and the hotel staff is friendly

One of the cheapest hotels we've found in central London and is not far away from the nearest underground station. The breakfast is quite good with a lot of bread, bacon, sausage, salad and so on. The only thing is that the room was not that soundproof, so we were woken up at the dawn by our noisy neighbours.

Very convenient when working close to Kensington and after a cheaper room for the night. No complaints, was clean and bathroom was good. Check in was easy. Perfectly good stay and excellent value for money.

Great location, room get cleaned on daily basis. Cheapest hotel around the area. Room is fairly clean. Washroom especially the shower was a bit of a pain to use, there was no bathroom curtain and the washroom ended up getting very slippery all the time. TV was also not working.

The hotel is in an easily accessible location close to shopping malls, supermarkets, stores, bus stop, train station, in short, a good location. The hotel is very clean. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it.

値段を考えるといいホテルでした。 シャワーは新しい感じでしたし、冷蔵庫も何故かあったのでそこは嬉しかったです。 マイナス面は最後の日お湯が出なくなったことです。1度受付の人に言ったら部屋まで見に来てくれて、一旦お湯が出ましたが、その後また出なくなりました。受付は11時までしかいないということなので最終日はお風呂に入れず、、セントラルヒーティングも一緒に動かなくなりました。 最後が残念でしたが、受付の人も親切で部屋も綺麗でした。タオルなんかも毎日変えてくれていたので満足です。改装中でした。

En general bien. Mi única observación fue que la primera noche en el hotel las camas no estaban hechas ni tampoco habian sábanas ni toallas. Al día siguiente protestamos y nos lo arreglaron casi todo menos los canales de televisión
