ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากห่างจากสถานีวิคตอเรียเพียง 6 นาที ทัศนคติของแผนกต้อนรับดีมาก ห้องพักใหม่ และสะดวกสบาย เป็นโรงแรมใกล้เคียงอีกแห่ง (โทรมเกินไป และประเภทห้องผิด ฉันจะไม่เปลี่ยน) ทริปนี้ชดเชยความแตกต่างได้ดีมาก) ผมเปลี่ยนโรงแรมนี้) และได้ห้องผิดจึงย้ายมาอยู่ที่นี่ชั่วคราว

ห้องไม่ใหญ่แต่ก็โอเคสำหรับราคาในลอนดอนครับสะอาดมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Victoria สุดๆ ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 5 นาที ซึ่งสะดวกมากในการพาเด็กๆ มาด้วย แต่ตอนเช็คอินลิฟต์เสียซึ่งไม่สะดวกเรื่องกระเป๋าเดินทางมาก

การเช็คอินที่ Comfort Inn นั้นง่ายดายมาก และห้องพักก็ดูดีกว่าในรูปมากจริงๆ! ฉันดีใจที่พื้นห้องไม่มีพรมสกปรกและสะอาดมาก! นอกจากนี้ แม้ว่าโดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมอาจจะเล็ก แต่ก็มีลิฟต์ที่ใช้งานได้ ดังนั้นเราจึงไม่ต้องลากกระเป๋าขึ้นบันได ฉันได้พูดถึงความใกล้ชิดที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับสถานี Victoria หรือยัง? นอกจากนี้ยังมีที่เก็บกระเป๋าอยู่ตรงข้ามโรงแรมด้วย สะดวกสุดๆ!

The location is great, staff are great. My only comment is, the beds are small and the bathroom lights are bright. Location is fantastic and everyone there is really friendly. The beds are doubles not long or queen size, this could be my room only so do check, the wife and I were ok. The pull out bed was comfortable for my 9yr old. I would stay again.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Victoria for 8 nights and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the most concerning issues was that my mother’s slipper and shoe went missing from our room. We raised this matter twice with the front desk on two separate days. Each time, we were assured that the matter would be investigated with the housekeeping team and that we would be updated. However, no one ever followed up with us on the outcome of their investigation and it became apparent that there was a lack of communication between the staff during shift changes. Additionally, the bedsheets were only changed once throughout our entire 8-night stay, which is not acceptable for a hotel of any standard. What shocked us most was when a maintenance worker started washing the windows without any prior notice. Our windows were left open, and water flowed into our room, which was extremely unprofessional and disruptive. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location near Victoria Station, which made travel around London easy. Overall, my stay was average at best, and I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. The lack of communication, poor housekeeping standards, and unexpected disruptions made for a very disappointing experience.

사진에서 보던것보다 작아요... 많이 작아요. 엘리베이터를 타고 무거운짐을 들고 올라갔는데 숙소가 다시 계단으로 반층내려오는 0.5층에 위치해있어서 너무당황스러웠습니다. 계단으로 반층내려와 숙소가 있었다는 공지를 못봐서 힘들었습니다.. 간이침대는 너무 부실해보였고 문을 고정시킬수가 없어서 힘들었습니다... . 하지만 위치가 훌륭했고 뜨거운물이 잘나와 좋았습니다

酒店很近Victoria站，步行只需數分鐘路程， 十分方便，因為要坐早班飛機，所以選擇這間酒店， 員工也非常友善，房間也很潔淨，唯一美中不足是房間面積太小了，沒有雪櫃

酒店位置很好，距離維多利亞車站很近 前台的服務都很不錯 房間是靠路邊，加上木板結構，對睡眠環境有要求的不太建議。 然後希望酒店能夠檢查一下下水道吧，排水有點慢

地理位置絕佳，設施比較老舊，勉強能睡，價錢再低些才能算有性價比。
