Hotel, brilliant the food, awful, the grill needs to be cleaned as the food just tasted like charcoal the egg wasn’t cooked as a fried egg it was runny and not fully cooked

Worse room for a premier inn i have ever stayed in, and I have been to many. Normally love a PI, standard foot print, comfortable. Our room here was so small there was hardly any room to get in and out of bed. So small it felt enclosed and uncomfortable. Only one towel was in the bathroom so we needed to go back to reception to ask for another. Manager told us that all rooms were the same size, only family rooms were bigger. Actually that wasn't true, as on my way out of our room on level 1, I looked into a room that was being cleaned, that looked more like the room I would have expected. No joy from Malik the manager in relation to compensation of any type. This room should be advertised as a small double not a standard room. Awaiting feedback from premier inn management team. If your going to this hotel, please check the room you've booked. We paid £168 for one night without breakfast so you expect a reasonable room and experience. Premier Inn fell way short in ever way.
