Still being renovated apparently when we stayed there. Our room was nice, but small touches still weren't complete. The location or surrounding area was suspect. The lack of entry at any other door other than the lobby was the most inconvenient part of the stay.

Rooms are amazingly huge and very beautifully down. The customer service was great by both day and night staff. The only draw back I had was the water pressure in my room wasn't great, but other than that would definitely stay there again.

Room was very nice. It has been recently upgraded. Quality of the TV picture was very poor.
It is under some renovations so some dusty/dirtness outside the room was expected. Lobby is in a temp location.
Outside driveway/ parking lot is a little rough.

Stayed for three nights. Room was nicely renovated. Bed and furniture stylish and comfortable. All areas clean. Some touch up to shower ceiling required. Nice to have separate sleeping and sitting areas and small kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
Staff was welcoming.
Long walk from parking to our room and access through lobby only.
Lobby still under renovation and no access to breakfast room as a result but there is a grab and go option between 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Would definitely stay again.

This motel was clean, rooms are beautiful, mattress on bed⁰ was just perfect for sleeping. The staff were just awesome, i seen all three shifts and they were all so helpful and pleasant. This motel is the best motel in London that we have stayed at, even with the motel under construction. Highly recomended

Rooms have recently been renovated and were very nice and beds were very comfortable. Although breakfast room is closed they give you a breakfast to go that is full of breakfast items.

Ok stay. Hotel is being renovated at present. Should be very nice when completed. Not very friendly for physically challenged individuals such as myself. Long distance to room.
