I have booked this as a university regular London visit. This has been absolutely the worst experience I have had. The university and clarity to ensure this is well communicated with employees so that this location is avoided. Terrible smell from bathrooms, no ironer, no hair dryer, no phone and phone charges are in place for customer support. I was fasting due to Ramadan, no service to get breakfast early or refunded. You need to pay for WIFI! It was 105£ a night. Only good thing was friendly staff.

Great service by Sayfur. Amazing hospitality. Location is great as well. Room was quiet and good ambience. Peaceful stay, comfortable set up. Overall a nice experience and very near from the train station just 8 minutes walk. So I would prefer travel lodge

Good support from Sayfur and other friendly staff he gave a hairdryer and an ironer. Was helpful with the wifi password and gave the support that is needed. Staff are supportive and they managed to answer faster that the paid telephone service of customer service.

Had a nice stay bed was very comfortable,,room was nice and clean, bathroom nice and clean,the staff were nice receptionist A J was very helpful this hotel is well located ten minutes walk from Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre.

Booked last minute for a reasonable amount. But only had a twin room. When I got there Sayfur was really helpful and got me a room with a double bed. Rokm was clean and had no issues. Good location for Stratford station and there is a tesco nearby!

I often stay in the Stratford travelodge when working in the area and always find it clean, comfortable and welcoming. I especially appreciate team who work here who are always friendly and helpful, especially Sayfur who is often on the front desk when I arrive. This makes a big difference to being away from home!

Sayfur was an excellent host and couldn't have been more helpful. He made sure I had everything I needed and let me know the opening and closing times of the bar, restaurant and room service. The Travelodge is conveniently located for Canary Wharf and the City. I would recommend and stay again.

The travel lodge was as you expect room fine ,bathroom fine. Tea and coffee was poor quality ended up buying some coffee. The service at the bar and cafe was very poor waited over a hour for our meal even though it was quiet and never anyone at the bar waiting up to 15 minuets to be served . The same staff on reception, on bar and in the kitchen. Wouldn't go to this travel lodge again

Stratford Travelodge - It was a nice stay.. The room was clean and it was spacious.. Close enough to Stratford town centre.. it is a ten minute walk to the station.. Special mention to Sayfur for the warm welcome.. Thank you……………………………………..
