Great location, washing and drying machines are provided, it is good for us. The apartment is quite large but it is quite hot and lack of ventilation. I knew it was due to the heatwave. There were two fans in each room, but one of them was so noisy and quite old and not so powerful.

Second part of my stay. The flat is great - has everything you need from fridge, cooking tools and washing machine, but only if they work! The fridge was out of service on the last two days. When you call the service hotlines, they answer your calls quickly and would try to find a solution. But they don’t have 24/7 maintenance staff like other hotels. It’s a great place to stay, but be prepared you need to call the local hotline whenever you have questions about your stay.

Amazing view, very clean

Super option if visiting relatives living in Greenford Quays. Also great for getting into central London in 30 mins via the underground which is 10 mins walk away. It is “just” a Greenford Quay apartment, but they are all lovely and modern. All the essentials are provided: cutlery, dishes, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Would stay again.

long winded check in, poor staff service on arrival. Request for invoices and return of deposit ignored

The property manger canceled my booking and the-assigned me to another property in a different location that I never wanted nor would have preferred without ANY notification until my arrival in London on the day I was to check into the Greenford property. Despite having ample opportunity to notify me in advance by various methods eg e-mail , sms , WhatsApp. I found this very very stressful and unprofessional.

Property was modern, very clean and had everything you need for an overnight stay. Being on the 6th floor the view at night is beautiful.
