Great stay, friendly staff. The experience was perfect from checkin to checkout. Excellent food and clean rooms. Even small present for kids - this is what hospitality is like for families traveling with children. Happy to come back for next trip.

Very bad hotel, I stayed here with my daughter for one night. Nothing seems to work right in this hotel. Service very bad. My room was not ready for arrival. I had a problem with the air conditioning and I called the reception and unfortunately the gentleman told me that he was alone at the hotel and that he could not help me. Only change the room, but since he is alone, we have to go to the reception. Really alone in the whole hotel? Where is the hotel service? Is that 4 stars? We had a very bad sleep because you can hear cars and especially trams from outside. After the emergency, I had to move at night. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel, with good value for money. Spacious room with all comfort you need. Nice breakfast area with plenty of fresh and healthy options. On walking distance from the centre and Piotrkowska with plenty of bars en restaurant options.

Great and modern hotel in downtown Łódź. Excellent service in the hotel bar by Maria. If all hotel employees were like her, nobody would stay home and have a beer in front of a TV set. Thanks a million, Maria. And the best for your upcoming vacation. 😃

Very good and comfortable hotel in the city centre. Large underground parking next to the hotel with direct hotel access. Comfortable room with good amenities. Very good breakfast with superb selection, some food was really good, very friendly staff and good coffee.

Small hotel nice atmosphere but the service is not a 4 stars hotel the cleanliness is not that much , when I arrived i asked for someone to help with my luggage the front desk neckolas offered to help me he was so helpful and corporative but when checked out asked for help no one is there to help despite that the staff at the front desk has nothing to do. The food is not ok for musilums you have to eat either pancakes or waffles or eggs every day !! Actually I didn’t felt good but it is ok overall

Everything was fine till we went to have a breakfast (price included). You have to wait 30 minutes in a regular line :) Imagine that you have plans and meetings in the morning. So forget about it, you will have to WAIT!!! Horrible. Bizarre. Horror.

I was waiting for 50 minutes to check in! One check-in desk with a very, very long queue of guests, it's unacceptable :-( After a long trip everyone wants to get a room quickly. Cleanliness, location, room, sleep quality is very good :)

Food, accommodation quality was on highest level, add perfect location and great stay is ready :) Receptionists always ready to help and there is a cute kids corner to play. P.S. Windows could be a bit bigger :)
